All the people in this comment section saying Ngannou is gonna beat Jooshua are the same people who said McGregor would beat Mayweather 😂. In all seriousness though tge Fury fight was the worst thing that could have happened for Ngannou. Fury took him for granted, barely trained and just scraped through. AJ will have been focused by that. A focued and best AJ beats Ngannou 99 times out of 100.

Dude, you are making up your own reality. Nobody said McGregor beats Mayweather. Everyone knew that was an exhibition. Most people who are checking Francis to win are doing so because of his performance against Fury, who in their opinion is superior to AJ. Your claim is flat out bogus. Also, stop making excuses for Fury, it won’t change anyone’s mind who has already made up their mind.

He isn't really. Teddy can't stand him so he's more likely to draw an audience that agrees. And if u look at most other internet spaces, I think it's a case of many boxing fans being jealous and able to express it behind a screen, as well as rage typing, because when u go to fights, the energy and crowd for Joshua are VERY different. I've been to a few of his fights when I still lived in England, with Franklin being the last, and the thirst by grown adult dudes is hilarious.

The first perceptive comment on this video. Joshua had problems with Ruiz because Ruiz has ridiculously fast hands for a HW and didn't mind punching in between AJ's punches. Usyk is justg a supreme tactical and technical fighter who is all wrong for AJ. Ngannou is not any of that. At most, Ngannou will do his best impression of Povetkin an try low volume ambush tactics.

Nice analogy - mirage, sand. Appreciate these videos. And Ken not flinching. Because that pent-up energy is obvious when Teddy throws his half-punches. I'm for Ngannou. He has great genetics, athletic ability, showed very good skills against Fury and he's a learning machine. Smarter than Joshua, IMHO. And I saw something in Joshua's eyes when he stepped into the ring against Ruiz. He did not want to be there. I don't know why, but it was very clear his head was not where it needed to be. I don't think he's been the same, mentally, since that fight. It took something from him that he's not been able to get back. I don't think this fight goes the distance. I'm picking Ngannou.KO in the middle rounds. I think he catches Joshua with something early that reminds Anthony of the Ruiz fight. And his fat bank account. Of course they're both big and strong fighters so anything can happen at any time. Looking forward to this one.

Great vid as usual. On the bookies - I don't think they are losing any way - they are just taking the money coming in on player A and giving if player B wins (and they keep a %). Even if it is 4 to 1 - there are more ppl betting on the safer ods. I think this is how ods are produced - what sum in can pay the other option in. If there is 400$ bet on AJ and 100 on Francis, they make the ods 4:1 - the betting people are paying the other ppl. The bookies don't pay anything - this is what I am trying to say, even if I am not doing a great job at explaining it.

Saying that both "are big" or "are trained" is like saying "they both have noses". An indistinct banality. On a physical level they are indeed COMPLETELY different and only apparently similar. N. is naturally strong, as is a savannah lion in Cameroon. Only THEN is he strong because obviously he trained a lot. It is enough to see his head, hands or feet to understand this natural and basic strength... it is a block where you cannot see the difference between the thighs and the shoulders or the biceps and the head. J. is big, very trained etc. but muscles are built AFTER and with that face or hands he could also be a model or a bricklayer. N. is physically MUCH stronger than J. in terms of structure and naturalness. Then there is mental strength. Here too N. is all a compact block. He overcame enormous difficulties in his life with that mysterious naturalness and inventiveness with which in Africa, starting from a battery and a bicycle, they then give energy to the whole village. What I say about mental strength can be observed in ALL moments, even in the big television debate, between J and N. J. is smart, gives intelligent and appropriate answers but in at least 2-3 moments he is insecure and almost disconcerted by the truly frightening mental strength that "feels" without understanding (because he isn't there!). N. for his part, in debates, responds without cunning, with humility, with concrete examples and with a heartfelt smile, not even if a walk in the countryside awaited him. N. is evidently no longer blocked by ANY fear because he has already looked many different fears in the eye. This cunning of J. has many concrete implications in the way he fights and in fact leads him to fight as every intelligent and cunning boxer does, that is, to be careful and score as many points as possible. N. he doesn't care about the points and boxes to destroy and THIS remains firm even while he too plays at being a smart boxer. Some see J's greater boxing qualities in certain things. a great advantage but N. (who in the meantime has also improved his boxing skills thanks to Tyson) I think will put J. in a bit of a crisis here too because he is not used to people who have learned Boxing in the world of `MMA. J. will look for an advantage in his abilities but will find himself in front of someone he has never had, a rock, a completely unconventional warrior.

I'm yet to hear someone make this point. Fury was way off his best in his fight with Ngannou and he still won, he obviously didn't take the fight seriously. How seriously will Joshua approach the fight? You would have to think he will approach it seriously due to the perception that Ngannou is a live chance of winning. How does Ngannou go against a top boxer who is ready to go? That's the big question in this fight. Sorry, but I think AJ has his number.

Teddy is a fabulous man and master in coaching, analytical - what I see as an experienced boxing observer and watching since Ali-Norton - AJ has a very very big problem- like Tommy hit man Hearns- he can’t take a punch- somewhere along he is going get hit and he is somewhat robotic and more likely to get caught as compared to Fury, He is also puncher and when attacked his natural tendency to fight back will emerge and that will be more trouble for him- I only see trouble for AJ for taking this fight at this stage-should have waited and observe couple more fights of Ngannu- AJ is going to get knocked out in a hurry if Ngannu takes it to him right away like Haggle- Hearns Could bebover in 3 rounds Does Ngannu wants to take that risk as he probably still questions his durability over 10 rounds by expanding a lot in early rounds on the other hand he tries to play safe until he catches it could be a long night and decision could go to AJ- or by 7 he starts to go for it over next four rounds if he conserved enough energy-all techniques will be out the door when Ngannu decides to go for broke- AJ doesn’t have solid defensive game

Joshua’s issues are mental and tactical, not physical. He has all the ability and talent in the world but he’s shaky mentally. He’s looked better his last few fights and that may have bumped his confidence but the true test is what happens when Francis hits him? Will he freeze and retreat backwards like he has on the past? Joshua has not faced a man that could truly hurt him since that first Ruiz fight almost 5 years ago. Usyk proved to beat him on style, technique and skills but not bludgeoning power. AJ wasn’t afraid of Usyk hurting him although he lost both fights. Ngannou is half the boxer technically that Usyk is but it he catches AJ (and he can as he’s easier to hit than fury) it’s a big “if” that Joshua can come back. It’s just as likely that AJ just pecks and outboxes ngannou also, but getting clipped and then coming back will be the true test for AJ.

Um, I'm pretty sure his record is having trained around 18 champs, hasn't he? Moorer, Bradley, Briggs, Tyson(as an amateur), and a few others. Teddy was training as a fighter but his back got messed up and cus pulled him into training. He trained for years then was offered an announcers job and took it. Good pay to take care of his family, and no heartache that trainers sometimes go through. Just being a trainer is pretty physical and Teddy takes it seriously. He's felt ripped off by a couple of fighters and so maybe figured to hell with that and just stick with analyst work and work on his charity foundation at home and all that. He's busy all the time, he's taken good care of his family, and he's done it making an honest living. Besides, nobody watching these videos KNOWS him IRL and until you know someone, you DON'T know them. But whatever YOU think of him as a trainer, he really DOESN'T deserve your disrespect and if that's too much for you to give, you're the loser, not him.
