Really don't know understand the hate for Tomb of the Dragon Emperor - it's action is just as good as the first two, Jet Li is boss as the Emperor and better for the new character rather than bringing back the same mummy again, though I agree Mario Bello misfires as Evey (her accent is terrible!) It's just good fun, I actually saw this in the theatre when it came out and had a really good time.

I think they had the story for a just as good movie as the others. It falls on the interactions between the actors and the lines for me. There’s not enough chemistry between a lot of them and who ever wrote so much of the dialogue felt cringe and almost forced at times to me. But that’s just my experience of it. The butt is as they say divided and nothing wrong with that! 😃

This is a fun movie for me. Not quite the same punch as the original but still fun. I particularly like how they wrote Alex. He turns out to be a product of all three of the adults that were in his life: He has his father's looks, strength and bravery; his mother's intelligence and thirst to learn and explore and Jonathan's nonchalance and love for life by the seat of his pants. Another enjoyable reaction. Thank you!

the word is "Trilogy" 3 movies is a trilogy, 2 movies is a duology , 4 to 5 is a series and movies set within the same shared universe turn it into a Franchise

Life of archeologists. Some never stop exploring and going on adventures. They like to make a name for themselves.

Evelyn O'Connell's original actress (Rachel Weisz) felt she was too young to be her college-age son's mother so she rejected participating in the last movie. I personally love this movie more because it is more original. 100s of mummy movies have been made but this is the first not based on Egyptian mummies to my knowledge.

This film was okay, but it had several misses that it didn't need to have. One of the biggest for me was the fight between Jei Li and Michelle Yeoh. These are two of China's greatest martial arts actors, so I was really hoping for a badass, epic fight, and ended up really disappointed by it.

Never seen this movie but i say its was okay nothing more, BTW there is a Scorpion king movie if you want to see it just wanted to let you know, i have never seen it so don't know if its good or not ( To be clear its not the last movie you saw its a Spin off with Scorpion king as the lead character )

If you count The Scorpion King then its 3 main with 1 spin off. However, there was a reboot with Tom Cruise in 2017 called The Mummy. Didnt do so good but its still entertaining.

What Assassin Creed you playing

This falls down for the same reason Die Hard 5 was so awful - the filmmakers just didn't understand what these films were really about. They think it's just action and snark, so they focused on the wrong things. Plus they could have written-out Evie so easily without the mess of a poor re-cast. Anyway Rachel Weisz didn't want to do it because the script was crap. This was just a cash-in.

yep. that's not my favorite Mummy movie...

I did not like this one. Felt like there was no spirit behind this movie. Writing and story was meh at best.
