Hi there, can you please tell me is it possible to get a job in nhs at st3 level through non mti pathway . I have mrcp 1&2 but no luck in finding paces seat yet moreover i also have 5 years of training in nephrology under CPSP.

Unfortunately without paces only way is sponsorship. There is CPSP sponsorship pathway as well for colleagues from Pak.
