Started watching these episodes recently. Great guide for new players to the game. Some more in depth explanation of effective area usage and gameplay would be helpful since sometimes it goes very fast and I had to rewind stuff to review what you were doing. Thanks for the video’s so far!
I usually don't like watching others play anno mostly because other streamers or KZreadrs always stick to their most efficient superb layouts. however you just do whatever you want. That's rare 😂

How does a person decipher the military comparison graph under the diplomacy screen? How does it establish each point shown in that graph? If I am 20 points behind, what does that really mean to me?

That's something we've talked about on Discord but haven't found that data yet as far as I know... But I can ask. Germans tend to find this stuff but never cross post it to English forums. It's not a 1:1 Influence spent = military score.. That much I can tell you.
So, how are you quick swapping between your islands? I've been having a heck of a time trying to navigate around by clicking in the mini map

I don't like how the AI can expand to new areas before you. I feel like they should at least wait until you've completed the expedition.
