I always wondered if building Bright Sands back exactly as it was actually lead to having a sustainable city, or does the AI cheat haha. Maybe that means I need to run through the campaign again

It basically will function as a decent city you'll have to do a few different things to get power because the AI doesn't actually have power to anything or power plants. But overall it does function.
It's very presidential of you to accept a disease risk increase for some more productivity to line your pockets lol ;)
