This is one of the most critical drills an athlete or any individual can perform who demonstrates weak ankles especially valgus ankle collapse or pronation. Performing this drill several times per day will gradually remedy pronation and valgus ankle collapse of the feet and ankles.

The series you've done with foot health is truly an eye opener. Would you ever consider doing a video on walking mechanics for those who are in excessive pronation/supination? or do you feel by making a habit of doing exercises like the ankle push out will eventually lead to better walking mechanics?

Hey Joel, would you say it would be wise to start doing these correcting ankle drills before implementing EI´s barefoot or would it be ok to do these drills alongside some EI´s in one´s workout routine?

I would include both at same time unless your ankles and feet are very weak then focus on them first and also include during the workouts

Absolutely, you'll be missing a bit of loading so the strengthening process won't be as significant as standing but still very effective. Try to do both sitting and standing
