It’s always about the wagering after the category & before the clue.

Months and months of superchampions and runaway games based on who found the Daily Doubles, and we return to "normal" Jeopardy with this. Love it, Jeopardy is fun again!

That's a very interesting way to start the normal content this season.

I hope they update the outros for Jeopardy, since Mayim left months ago. But, I loved watching Coco. I always would cry when Hector and Coco sing Remember Me, and then when Miguel and Coco sing the song again later. As soon as I saw the name Dante, I instantly thought of Coco. These three contestants need to know their Disney films! Lol.

mmatelong: It is one of the most emotional moments in any animated film. Firstly, it's a beautiful song. Then in the context of the film, in which memories of those we have lost are so important, it is particularly emotional. It is the only movie I know of in which the suspense is completely tied up with whether someone is remembered or not.

I instantly got this Final Jeopardy right because I saw the movie!

I live in Mexico, so even though I haven't seen the film, I guessed it correctly.

None of the contestants were Pixar fans. One of them got the wrong Pixar movie, and I was disappointed.

Don't know my dog breeds, but considering Xolo is clearly a Nahuatl word, the movie came out in 2017, and it's a hairless breed, I immediately flashed back to that derpy dog in Coco lol.

Got the answer right away, because I've seen that movie so many times. Never fails to make me cry. 🥹

Never seen Coco, but the pronunciation of the name Dante and the breed Xolo clued me into a film based in mexico/mexican culture. Which narrowed it down for me to Coco and Book of the Dead
