sitting for years as stated even if the motor spins with the openings not plugged off. a mouse could of brought all kinds of garbage to max a home inside. then they defalcate inside and that creates the damage. If you turn the motor you can do damage to a motor by pushing foreign debree into other parts. This is a rare motor and it just needs to be torn down and done properly. So the price of a core vs. this guy asking for a used running price. If he wanted $500 to $750 for a none running motor would be a realistic asking price , and 2k/3k rebuild for a 10k running motor
