wearing gloves is not neccesary safer , while working in the industry we were not allowed to wear gloves while operating rotating machines, inkl. Angle Grinder, if you dont wear globes it is safer, while wearing gloves this could melt those and burn you or pull your hand inside ...

ive used the first disc demonstration with label facing upwards with no problems in 40 years , i prefer tightening down on top of the metal ring not the disc

Safety goggles must be worn and unplug the power chord everytime work is done on the grinder like wheel change and guard agjustment

Don't even use a cut wheel to begin with, use a thin diamond/carbide wheel like bosch carbide multi wheel And use a grinder with speed control, thr angle grinder is way too fast for some tasks

Like any Tool, there is a proper way to use them, but the Angle grinder has always made me nervous. I used a Cordless Screw gun , without a firm grip, and it spun around and , the Battery end... Freeeking Mike Tysined me ,up above the right Eye. I almost spoke German and Chinese simultaneously.

He left out the most important one: Keep machine steady in the cut during the cut and let disc bite just enough without forcing it through.

You need a steady hand when using angle grinder..very dangerous tool I myself praying while using that specific tool til I turn it off 😅

Diperhatikan saat mengunci maka anda akan melihat bahwa mw dibalik sama saja. Bagian mata gerinda yang ada kertasnya pasti menempel dan bagian yg ada besinya yg bergerak. Jadi klw besi diluar maka yg bergesekan besi gerinda dengan mur pengunci dan jika dibalik maka yang bergesekan adalah adalah besi penahan bagian dalam dengan plat besi mata gerinda. Itulah sebabnya tdk ada petunjuk arah hanya petunjuk kecepatan saja. Klw saya lebih suka yg vidio. Kecuali jika menggunakan mata gerinda yg sisinya sama maka harus melihat petunjuk arah putaran mata gerindanya seperti mata potong tehel atw kayu. Intinya ikuti petunjuk yang telah disediakan pembuat mata gerinda karena itu sudah ada risetnya. Silahkan dibuktikan sendiri

i stopped watching halfway through. the first safety thing to observe is having a guard in place. the guard on this tool has stupidly been removed. plus, there is no difference between the label side and the non-label side of the fiber disc. norton, a major manufacturer, has a video that explains this. thumbs down for AI-brainset fake info

Could you then please explain the use of direction arrows both on the grinder, and the disc? I also understand that there is almost always some difference between theory and real work.

@@ratansharma951no one said all grinder discs can be installed any which way. we are talking about fiber discs. it generally doesnt matter which way you install them. if a manufacturer puts arrows on the disc i would install them according to that

@@rb-ex I agree. However I think most manufacturers put direction arrows in such a way that we install cover face downwards! But it is true that we should go by the manufacturer's instructions. As for practical, I have used an angle grinder only a few times, and it feels dangerous. Those who put safety aside are putting their limbs to risk.
