Once implanted a stent is for life. In around 5 to 8 percent cases reblockage can occur in stents, which can be treated successfully by repeat angioplasty. New block s can also develop elsewhere. No such thing that bypass surgery will be needed some years later

Once put a stent is for life. About 5 % cases can develop reblocks. Wit proper medicated stents n correct med use, stents remain well open for long time.iif reblock happens , we can stent again

Good morning, I came to see your video. Nice . I am 43 yrs old and I am in Italy. I have done angioplasty this January here in Italy. 3 stents have done. Everything was fine , but after two months my hemoglobin is 12.5. Whether it is normal?. I want to know whether there is possibility of blood loss after angioplasty. My food intake is very less. സാർ എനിക്ക് ഫുഡ്ഡ് കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ സ്ഥിരമായി മണ്ടയിൽ കയറുകയും നിർത്താതെ ചുമക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്താണ് ഇതിനു കാരണം

രോഗിക്ക് 59 വയസ്സ്. ഒരു രക്തക്കുഴലിൽ 90% ഉള്ള ബ്ലോക്ക്‌ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഒരു stent ഇട്ടു. ശേഷം എത്ര നാൾ വിശ്രമം വേണം??? ഭക്ഷണത്തിനു എന്തെങ്കിലും രീതിയിലുള്ള ക്രമീകരണങ്ങൾ എടുക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ടോ???

Angiogram കഴിഞ്ഞ് block ഇല്ലാത്ത ആൾ ആണെങ്കിൽ എത്ര ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ജോലിക്ക് പോയി തുടങ്ങാൻ പറ്റും

Sir എന്റെ അമ്മക്ക് നെഞ്ച് വേദന പോലെ വന്നു, ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കാർഡിയോളജിയെ കാണിച്ചു അവർ eco, tmt okk ചെയ്തു ചെറിയ വേരിയേഷൻ ഇക്കോയിൽ കാണിച്ചു 2020 ൽ. അന്ന് മുതൽ ഗുളിക കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. മരുന്ന് കഴിച്ചാൽ മതി എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്..അന്ന് മുതൽ കൃത്യമായി ഗുളിക കഴിക്കുന്നു. ചെക്ക് അപ്പ്‌ ചെയ്യുന്നു..ഇടക്ക് ഇടക്ക് പക്ഷെ ജോലി ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അമ്മക്ക് വേദന ഉണ്ട്.. Second opinion ആയി Caritas ൽ നോക്കിയപ്പോളും കുഴപ്പമില്ല എങ്കിലും angiogram വേണേൽ ചെയ്യാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു, പൈസ ഇഷ്യൂ കൊണ്ട് ചെയ്തില്ല.. കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം വീണ്ടും നെഞ്ച് വേദന പോലെ വന്നു. Tropin test okk ചെയ്തു ഒരു കുഴപ്പമില്ല.. എങ്കിലും അമ്മക്ക് എന്താണ് നെഞ്ച് വേദന വരുന്നത്?? Angiogram ഉടനെ ചെയ്യണോ??

Brother... Pls consult a Doctor. എന്റ ഹുസ്ബൻഡിനും inducible ischemia ആയിരുന്നു. TMT ടെസ്റ്റ്‌ കഴിഞ്ഞേ next ഡേ angioplasty ചെയ്ത്. ഒരു മേജർ block ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോ 2yrs കഴിഞ്ഞു.Medicine കഴിക്കുന്നു.

Hlo, സാർ എന്റെ അമ്മ angioplasty ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് but kure നാൾ ആയി മെഡിസിൻ കഴിക്കുന്നില്ല, ഇപ്പോൾ കോവിഡ് വന്നു നെഗറ്റീവ് ആയി, ഇനി മെഡിസിൻ സ്റ്റാർട്ട്‌ ചെയ്താൽ മതിയോ

Sir എന്റെ അച്ഛൻ ശ്വാസം മുട്ടൽ വന്ന് ഹോസ്പിറ്റൽ ആണ്. Dr പറഞ്ഞത് 2days മുൻപ് ഒരു ചെറിയ attack വന്ന് പോയെന്നും അതിന്റെ ഫലമായാണ് ശ്വാസം മുട്ടൽ എന്നുമാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. എന്നാൽ 2 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ട് ഇനി angiogram കൊണ്ട് result കിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യത കുറവാണ് എന്നാണ്. ഇത് സത്യം ആണോ. Heart പകുതിയേ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുള്ളു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു (40%). ചിലപ്പോൾ സർജറി വേണ്ടി വരും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. അച്ഛൻ sugar patient ആണ്. അപ്പോൾ സർജറി റിസ്ക് ഉണ്ടോ sir..

@@amalraveendran1231 kottayam medical collegil treatment എടുത്തു. ഇപ്പോൾ block കുറഞ്ഞു എന്നാണ് പരിശോധനയിൽ കണ്ടത്. മെഡിസിൻ കൊടുത്താതെ ഉള്ളു. ബ്ലഡിൽ ക്രെയാറ്റിൻ കൂടുതൽ ആയ കൊണ്ട് Angiyogram ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. So medicine ആണ് കഴിക്കുന്നത്. പിന്നെ ഫൈബർ അടങ്ങിയ food കഴിക്കുന്നു.
