She seems to be going all in for floor, yet she doesn't look ready to go back to full difficulty. Those landings weren't really nice, I just hope they're taking care this season.

Impressive to see her competing back at full difficulty again. Obviously not at like peak condition but damn if that's not one of the most competitive all around programs in the world still.

I know she knows she is taking some risk going on with this program and doing it early in the season especially if we consider how 2021 was for her, but I’m afraid the risk is bigger than what she thinks. It isn’t a good decision at all. She’s also very knowledgeable about her body and her gymnastics, but if she injuries herself it’ll be devastating.

She is a very talented gymnast. However, it looks like she is nearing the end of her career. Her vault was nice, but she looked very loose on her bars dismount, she over rotated her double pike dismount from beam, and all of her double back passes on floor were short. This doesn't take anything away from her past successes. She has been a major player on the international scene for a long time now and I'm sure that she is being pressured to continue by the Russian federation, especially since she is the reigning World AA champion. I just don't want to see her leave the sport with a broken body from competing too often.

My observation is that quite a lot of it looks rushed esp on floor. I’d like to see the dance breathe a bit more which may give her more time to compose herself. That doesn’t mean simple dance but it just feels a bit forced .

@@tarinb6154 it's not the execution so much as her technique is bizarre - she waits until the last possible second to complete the flip, instead of flipping immediately and waiting for the catch.
