@@basilfawlty241 I think that it's clear that he's a Caitlin fan and that's totally OK. He can create all of the Caitlin content that he wants. I just ask that when he (or any content creator) creates content on others (ie: Angel), that he's fair in his assessment, and he always is, so I can't be mad at that. He always speaks highly of Angel when she does well, and debunks some of the lies that Caitlin's irrational and cult-like followers have started.

@@d_mo100 I find this humorous, because it's so predictable. Not, of you personally, but of Angel fans in general. Of course he's a Clark fan, how could any basketball fan, that does not otherwise have exterior motivation, not be? I don't like Reese because of her attitude, I don't like any false victim. She is jealous beyond belief, her posts, her comments, her actions (like celebrating a dead ball 'technical') She keeps saying everyone was against her, WHO? The media love her. The media made her. Reese was not the reason LSU won the championship, that was Carson with a monster game off the bench. But, Reese was the medias choice. The chatter was lower last year because...they were a 6 loss team. They had another team/player to talk about constantly. She still got mentioned quite frequently. She's been through so much? Like what? Going to a private all black Catholic high school? Graded out tied for tops as national best women's high school player? Full college scholarships at Maryland and LSU? Being drafted #7 overall into the WNBA? She has not been to anything difficult. Sexualized? Crying about being sexualized? You have got to be fking kidding. All while showing her ass on social media. Wearing full on makeup, to play basketball? Please... Yet, her shitty attitude goes all the way back to high school. _Celebrating a player (w god given height and talent) and zero humility or impulse control. As a female coach of female high school ballers, I find this behavior repulsive, unacceptable, unflattering and unnecessary. You can have swag while not acting like a punk. Highlight some other girls in the conference who aren’t as genetically gifted …”_ Rather than accept critizism, from her coach no less, she and momma Reese cried racism, because 'genetically gifted' is racist. I'd like her a whole lot better if she dropped the attitude. I'm sure I would be completely indifferent to her if she acted 'professionally'. I'd look at her just the same as Brink. A capable WNBA player.

@@d_mo100 *I think that it's clear that he's a Caitlin fan and that's totally OK* Exactly! Why people think you have to like who they like is beyond me. I am CERTAIN neither CC or Angel are interested in people liking them as much as respecting their work and that is what it should be about. It is like a comment I read yesterday where someone said essentially they did not like Aja as a person but admits that she is definitely top of her game and is soo smooth on the court. YES, that is the kind of comment you have to appreciate because it is LUDICROUS to expect everybody to like everyone. Ppl confuse who’s being rooted for the loudest with who’s responsible for the noise…Reese has been a major attention grabber her entire career…especially in college…just in true black girl fashion…being strong and loud and challenging what she’s been told she’s allowed to do….and A LOT of ppl don’t like that…in her college stretch…she’s been in the spotlight for… Being 2nd overall scout rating with only Paige ahead of her. Having her high school jersey retired heading into college being the only female to do so. Representing women athletes in the NIL courts proceedings. Having the highest NIL evaluation among all women. Being the first real athlete social media influencer. Being an overwhelming force in women’s college basketball, constantly having highlight moments by embarrassing players. And then the major moment was taunting Clark while beating her in the finals and bringing LSU (Shaq’s college) its first basketball championship EVER….that was the beginning of Clark’s cult like fan base flooding the sport to defend Clark from Reese…remember…she was already known for having highlight moments for embarrassing players…so for her…millions of eyes for that kind of moment was normal…but these millions of eyes wanted vengeance. From there she went on a regular trajectory (while Clark skyrocketed) with a little media run due to winning the championship and the reason for the drama (which she wasn’t a villain for yet) Then First Lady Biden suggests that the Whitehouse also invites Caitlin’s team to the Whitehouse…but historically only the title winners are invited…and that offended Reese so she declined the invite all together saying that the team is fine with going to the Obama’s instead on like 20/20 or something and that went crazy (I’m sure just further fueling the Clark protectors)…that ultimately led to the Whitehouse apologizing and convincing her to still come (a crazy bully moment) Then she got an espy award for most transcendent sportsperson of the year. Then she has a SNL skit drawn up about her turning down the Whitehouse. Then the following year she loses in the elite eight to Clark and that loss mixed with a year’s worth of hate speech from the Clark defenders caused her to have a meltdown in the postgame and that was the major story…basically her being mean to CC and now she’s crying because ppl were mean to her…and that was JUST earlier this year. So all of this women’s sports attention was surrounding her…but then Clark gets the number 1 draft pick with all of these fans that came out of nowhere the year before primarily for the sake of defending her from Reese..and the narrative suddenly becomes that Clark brought all of the attention to the league and everyone needs to be grateful for Clark the savior…even though Clark hasn’t… Won a championship anywhere Established a social media platform AT ALL. Generated any memorable highlights. Or generated any interesting content whatsoever. Caitlin Clark is a player that broke Steph Curry’s college 3 pointer record and that’s all she’s known for…and while that isn’t at all insignificant…she’s not the first female basketball player to break a major record..nobody has ever drawn more than a few thousand more ppl to the sport for doing more incredible things….but what has NEVER happened before…is a player that had a multimillion person fan base and pointed ALL of that attention directly at women’s basketball…at the moment that Reese taunted Clark..she had already generated 2.5 million instagram followers…Clark had like 20K…without Clark putting a drop of entertaining content online…Clark entered this WNBA season with 2.5M instagram followers (to Reese’s now 3.5M) and ppl want to treat it like she earned all of that attention….and all she did to get it was lose. That’s where all of this distaste amongst the rookie class and “it’s not just because of one person” sentiment comes from…basically because Clark was the LEAST popular athlete in women’s college basketball before Reese taunted her…and all of these other girls put in all of this work building a social media presence while also working hard to become great athletes while still having to maintain a certain level of academic prowess…and all of the work they all put in to build up a following to help their NIL evaluations and have eyes on them when they get to the league so they can have better endorsements…and all of the spoils for all of that work just fall in Clark’s lap and she did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to gain the attention…but is gladly silently sitting back and just letting whatever narrative unfold. And Reese (the same way she tried to do with the taunt) used her platform to stand up against the tyranny of Caitlin Clark on behalf of her fellow rookies and point out that Clark didn’t earn that attention…she just received it because of a moment that Reese created to try and set the record straight and kill that ridiculous talking point…and the Clark defenders and mainstream media buried her for something completely reasonable yet again. Nobody’s gonna read all of this…but I just want to be the viewing voice that always expresses that I understand what took place and hopefully eyes will see the full story if enough of us express what transpired and Reese can get her FULL bouquet…because right now she’s building back up from a reset and it’s messed up…she does absolutely everything right and she gets torn apart due to a very loud America that’s not ready to let go of racism and sexism…and the group that doesn’t realize that they’re sexist is fueling the fire and making nonsense seem sensible…we haven’t really been willing to accept how misogynistic western civilization is…so it’s been overwhelmingly easy to put Reese’s light out by saying that she has an attitude or is jealous or is being a villain or being a crybaby because she’s just being a woman that isn’t masking her emotions to make a misogynistic culture comfortable…and when the undercover racists can call her a thug and the black men and women agree because they’re uncomfortable with female freedom..then that opens the floodgates for undercover racism running ramped and then leading to blatant racism when it’s challenged too hard because now ppl are comfortable with their ignorance. And she gets attacked for her culture…her personality…her skin…her dominance…her build…her cosmetic…all of this because ppl want to hold on to how they think a woman is supposed to act…and Clark does it. Ppl are pathetic.

That being said there’s only one person that’s really moving the needle - and we all know who that is. Numbers don’t lie! Fever home game avg - 17K; Fever away games - 14K; ALL other games - 7K.

I have no doubt that Cardozo will thrive in the WNBA. You can’t teach 6’7 and great hands. She’s averaging 8 and 8. I expect both Reese and her to average double doubles in future seasons. They’ll be the preeminent frontcourt in the WNBA in the years to come. They’re only a couple players away and one or two seasons of Reese and Cardozo developing more and they should be title contenders. I can see Tspoon recruiting good free agents. That team seems to have a great culture and great coach that would attract those free agents.

I suppose she did earn this spot. But can we stop with this consecutive double-double nonsense. 11 games? It's better than the other girls but, really? Domantas Sabonas just lost his streak earlier this year, ended the day with only 8 points. It was 61 games long. Longest in NBA history post merger. Passing up Kevin Loves # of 53. Sabonis was not a member of the ALL-STARS! Love did make the squad, as a replacement for injured Ming. Everyone needs to stop saying how good these ladies are, or... something.. 11 consecutive games for points/rebounds is an absurdly low number. Congrats to Reese for doing it either way. But we need some perspective on this ELEVEN. Chamberlin's number for consecutive double-doubles is 227. Another stat that seemed somewhat under discussed was. The double-doubles/w assists. Sue Bird set the rookie mark at 3, Clark has 3 in the last 4 games. If her teammates could catch and finish she would be close to averaging a double-double.

Reese has potential, not skill. Poor shooting, poor foot movement, poor ball handling skills. I know you so called "Players/ Ex Players" hate hearing this, but facts are facts. Can she rebound ? yes, but she is still slow. I also find humor in using the Dennis Rodman theory, which I called out 4 weeks ago. % Reese is the leader in offensive rebounds. This means her and her team need to learn to shoot. 3.5 of her average rebounds ARE in fact from her misses, leads the league. Reese 42.11% Wilson 20.72% Collier 26.67% Hamby 15.53% Thomas 29.47% Angel Reese has the potential to be a superstar, but you don't "Deserve" things, you earn them. I suggest you fan boys @Robin Lundberg stop claiming to be experts, and actually learn players. Chennedy Carter was who should have went, not Angel Reese

So having 10 straight double doubles in a season, something that hasn't been done since Candace Parker who is now a Hall of Famer. And she's doing this as a Rookie! Also let us not forget she leads the league in Offensive rebounds. So she's getting her teammates misses not just her own! She clearly deserved to be on that All Star roster! Rebounds are about desire and will clearly she has both. If that's not earning it, then please tell me what is?
