"Hear My Song" Lyrics:
Put your faith in my hands and
I will fight for you
I´m the flicker of light
I´m watching down on you
When the star shines bright
Know it´s me
I´m here always
No need for your fear
Close your eyes
Hear my voice
I´m calling you
From a world beyond
Where the light never ends
Hear my song
Song you heard before
In your dreams
When you sleep
You know it well
When you cry in the night
Know I´m here for you
When you´re lost in the dark
I shine my light on you
When the star shines bright
Know it´s me
I´m here always
No need for your fear
Close your eyes
Hear my voice
I´m calling you
From a world beyond
Where the light never ends
Hear my song
Song you heard before
In your dreams
When you sleep
You know it well
Cast aside all your chains
No need to be afraid
All the sins of the past
Will fade and wash away

I lost my father a few years ago, and it's been so tough, he was my best friend, we talked every day, I always asked him for advice, he would say.."I'll pray for you son."...I could talk to him about anything, I miss him so much... I sure could use his wisdom today, as I raise my own teenage kids...this song helps me, thank you Anette...

Anette has a unique timbre of voice, I recognize her voice among thousands of others. So she doesn't have to hit the highest note in the world or sing "Phantom of the Opera" for me to enjoy her vocals I will always be grateful to Anette for showing the songs from Tarja's era in a new way, and some of these songs I listen to only in Anette's interpretation Songs such as: Storytime, Amaranth, Meadows of Heaven, Eva, Sahara, Scaretale, Slow Love Slow, Whoever Brings the Night, The Crow, the Owl and the Dove, Rest Calm, I want my tears back, Cadence of Her Last Breath, Turn loose the mermaids - these songs will forever be Anette's songs as her timbre of voice is perfect for them I am truly happy for Anette. She deserves to be recognized

@@renanflorindo4994 Absolutely! Anette filled the old Nightwish songs with her energy and drive, she interpreted these songs in an interesting way for herself, without trying to imitate Tarja. And this deserves respect. My favorite songs of the old era performed by Anette: She is my sin, Sacrament of Wilderness, Come come me, Romanticide, Dark chest of Wonders, Ever Dream

I just spent a total of 27 days in the hospital. I was one of the first 10 people to have a new type of heart surgery. I am not going to lie, it has been incredibly rough, and I have a long recovery ahead of me. When I turned on social media for the first time in weeks, the first thing I heard was this incredibly beautiful song, and it resonated so deeply with my healing heart. Thank you Annette, this is now my heart song, that will help me heal… Its a beautiful gift. I would be incredibly grateful for your prayers and energy healing for my heart. Much love and blessings.

This album is killer! By far the best one she’s ever put out solo or with any of her former bands in my opinion. The music composition was superb, her voice; spectacular on every song, and the lyrics were bold as ever. Songs like Greedy World and We Pray For Peace showcased the versatility of her voice and vocal range, sounding very much like she had in Scaretale in the former and as though she had morphed into Lacuna Coil in the latter. Her lyrics were brave, bold and unapologetic to both her faith and political stance. GOOD! BRAVO! I mean, look at some of the negative comments. I can just visualize these people squirming in their seats. It’s freaking wonderful! Nice touch in this video with the baptismal shirt. I didn’t even know that’s what it was until my husband pointed it out to me. I say go one step further and become the Tom Macdonald of Metal, sister! You are radiant in Yashua’s light. And it shows in both videos and in your performance of all the songs on this album. Ignore all the haters and follow that voice you’re singing about. It won’t lead you astray.

Another musical treat . Nice one ,Annette . It would be great if Frontiers had a radio station, and maybe influence the modern charts , which certainly need an overhaul . Especially here in the UK.

Music is for everyone regardless of the context. Music is not Gatekeeping so we shouldn’t enforce this idea that a song can’t be loved because it’s about something I don’t agree with or believe. Humanity thrives when we are open not closed off.

I would encourage to keep an open mind. I went many years thinking I was an atheist only to realize I was actually agnostic and the older I get w/ more biblical knowledge I'm starting to understand the Christian faith and why so many gravitate to it. Again not trying to make any conversions just advocate to keeping an open mind to other possibilities.

Why are you here? To meet the only true God Jesus Christ. He loves you, and according to the scriptures he died for your sins, was buried and rose from the dead for your justification. You only have to believe in Him and what he did for you and you'll get saved forever in a moment you believe it. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: John 11:25 KJV But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Romans 4:5 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39 KJV Jesus did everything to save those who are lost, you only need to believe in Him because of what he did for you and you've gained eternal life.

Her perseverance and resilience have to be admired. She is not the kind of voice i generally tend to enjoy. Which has nothing to do with quality. It is just personal acoustic preference. She is a proficient singer. And i respect her sincerely. For various reasons.
