God I loved him. I named my son Andy because of him..

Cuando yo tenia 6 años de edad hasta los mis 14 años , en 1977 hasta 1985 mi padre fue transladado de el trabajo para el EUA y mi familia toda cambamos para Orlando, solo se escuchava hablar de ese muchacho y me recuerdo mucho de sus músicas y las chicas de la epoca eran todas enamoradas por Andy Gibb y teria mucho exito como cantante, una pena que se fue tan temprano.

Sencillamente sublime, extraordinario, auténtico. Los 70 y 80 fueron dos décadas musicalmente estratosféricas, y Andy Gibb es una prueba de ello.

58 años tengo y seguiré escuchando esta música que amo mucho.

I like the backup singers they’re really into it. Also, everyone always talks about how Barry’s falsetto is amazing and iconic which is true, but during this day before the drugs took away his range, he had a nice falsetto too. Plus his natural singing voice to me was actually the best of the 4 Gibb brothers. Damn shame what drugs can do to someone. He was my favorite of the 4 and had formidable music on his own. This is my favorite of his songs. Breaks my heart he couldn’t beat drugs sooner cuz by the time he finally quit, damage was done. He was gonna be the 4th Bee Gee too.

The backup singers are great musicians. You can see Richard Page and Steve George playing keyboards and doing backup vocals. Soon after they formed the succesful band Mr Mister.

Sometimes when you feel like you have to outdo others in whatever you do,it gets to the point to no matter what others tell you about how good you are, you never believe it yourself. This in my opinion was his biggest enemy and led to his drug addiction. RIP Andy.

I don't remember Andy's first time on Countdown. Molly would have loved him. He always knew who would be a flash in the pan or someone who had the talent to become a superstar. Those were great times for Aussie music. Ah the nostalgia. Andy was gorgeous. He will always be missed. Just love him.

Funny, those are my favorite Andy Gibb songs as well. In fact, "I Just Want to be Your Everything" and "Shadow Dancing" are both in my Top 10 list of favorite songs of all time. The Gibb brothers are represented 3 times on that list that includes Elton John, Diana Ross, and Michael Jackson as my favorite song of all time is "How Deep is Your Love?" by the Bee Gees.
