I know right, I was like ''what the fuck, that's not Bird that's fuckin' Tim!''.
I’m like Dylan
Tim's so modest and shy about his music

I've been hooked on Tim's songs for a while now and it's fun to hear Andrew's praise of them
I heard you for the first time in Colmena Mexico 2008 and I instantly loved your music and your awkward Spanish. At that time I was a big fan of Tim Heidecker too, and a while ago I started listening to his music and loved it too. This is a crossover made in heaven.
Good vibes, good vibes. Some goose bumps in my neck, weird place but it did happen.
Never thought I'd see these two together, rather weird intersection, but makes sense, I have good taste.

Lmao dude this is the most pretentious comment I've ever seen. The whole thing is an "I have good taste" comment but then you just outright state I have good taste lmfao. Is this a reference to something or is it just gold in the wild?

There's no metric here by which to measure 'best', so all that it means is that you have the taste you have - that taste encompassing things typical of it, such as these two artists (who, by their own omission in the above video, have one another's work within the scope of their own tastes).

@@jhansenhlebica6080 Oh no I have the objective metric we all agree on forever with no equivocations: 0 = Nickleback / Kid Rock / Delibes Flower Duet 20 = Dave Matthews / Early Kid Rock / Mumble Rap 50 = Wilco / Cat Power / Eric B. & Rakim / Sharon Van Etton / Beastie Boys / Peter Gabriel 70 = Leonard Cohen / Beatles / Folke Rabe / Jenny Lewis / Phil Collins "In the Air Tonight" or "Sussedio"/ The Go-Go's "Our Lips are Sealed" / Kevin Morby 90 = Ravel - Bolero / Andrew Bird / Handsome Boy Modeling School 99 = Beck "Sea Change" 100 = Tim Heidecker and The Yellow River Boys "Hot Piss" / Skip Spence
Thank you for publishing this! 49 minutes of bliss.
So awesome!!! Love both of these guys. And it’s hard to not look at Tim and not laugh at what he says, even tho he’s completely serious!
Central air is definitely in the top ten songs about central air.
Right on, they are feelin' it! diggin this!
Was not expecting Tim Heidecker. Definitely approve!
This is fantastic, I absolutely enjoyed this whole video
Am happy. Supports 123%
Great stuff!!
Central Air
“theres 2 types of people in this world” “Crazy how it only takes a maniac”
That Bob Seger Moment was epic timmy!
Tim dressed like he has a tee time at Mar-a-Lago after the show
WOOOOO THAT'S A GREAT FUCKIN RECORD MAN
worlds collided for sure on this one. love it
haha amazing
Tim was worried about ‘Trump Talkin Nukes’ being too topical. Here we are in 2022 on the verge of another global conflict because of a maniac invading a sovereign nation. Song is quite relevant today
My favorite video on the whole internet, and I'm on there.
I feel so bad for Tim during fiery crash no one can keep up with Andrew's incredible playing

Totally was not expecting this combo.
Is this whole series amazing? I think it probably is.
"Trump Talkin' Nudes" - pretty funny typo for such a serious song
This made me really happy
Great job!
"... everyone's looking for something to feel good about." This very much resonated with me, although the music moreso! Thanks so much! ☮️❤️🙂🎼
Dog bless Tim
Apparantly the Great Room is free real estate
I'd vote for this guy for mayor. Comptroller at least. Did this guy write a diss record against Merle Haggard 50 years after the fact. Damn homie, the okie!
This series is giving me life.
Well done guys!

24:19/48:56 "Trump Talkin' Nudes" - Tim Heidecker D# Gm D# Gm I was born in 1976 Grew up on Red Dawn and War Games and ICBMs D# Gm D# Gm After school me and my friends we'd meet in the garage and we'd take stock of the garden tools to assess which ones would make good weapons yeah but my dad had it worse than me he'd have to hide under a desk as if that would stop the blast from destroying everything Then the tactics changed and the poor used what they had like trucks and planes and bodies strapped with dynamite (it was terrible, tragic, but it wasnt a mushroom cloud x2) G# Eb EbM7 Cant put the genie back Cm Eb In fact it's a miracle G# Eb EbM7 that it hasn't happened yet G# Eb (Crazy how it only takes a maniac x2) Riff on Guitar D# D# Gm Gm e|----------------------------------| B|----------------------------------| G|----------------------------------| D|--------------0--0--------------| A|--6----6-----------3p1-------| E|--6----6----3--3--------3----| Again, I hope I got this right. Lyrically one would need to listen to the tune to fit the lines in. At the rate at which "news" is spread, I felt it wouldn't hurt making these empowering and cathartic songs easy for folks to play. Thanks again. :)
Hot combo

Not as good as other movies, but still a great movie. Five bags of popcorn, two little microphones for Tim to sing into when he's feeling bored during lockdown.

Hamburgers and hot dogs, too. I want to have a barbecue.
wow cant believe you got a fellow fan of world peace on, congrats Tim! Moving up in the world.

Why are people so die hard about Biden? It doesn't come from their own feelings, it seems to come from the people they look to. I don't know who to like but I can't help but think its popular to like Biden.
Great tunes! But come on with the defending of Hilary, we all know the truth - I'm not even a Trump fan and I can decipher the bullshit. Well done by questioning the CNN contract in airports, AB
Tim's timidness and self-embarrassment makes this excruciating to watch :(

20:48 "I can't bring myself to say the name" (referring to Donald Trump) Jesus Fucking Christ. What a sad situation this must be for a decent comedian and a half-decent musician to fear merely uttering a person's name.
Nope. Your a lot of great things Heideker but a man with a fine timber isn't one of them.
These talented dudes are so out of touch.
wow this is dull, made me realize how square these "artists" really are. the interview and "performance" are exhausting, loosen up boyz.
