My sincere condolences! Strength and love for your family!
I have never listened to classical music before. I owe the discovery of Andre Rieu to a special mood I had one day years ago. I have always been a hardworking builder, mechanic, trucker, lumberjack, a strong man with a body full of scars. This music awakened a part of my soul that I had no idea existed. It awakened so many emotions in me that I became even stronger. It became an inseparable part of my life. Andre Rieu played when I said goodbye to my beloved grandmother, when I was at my lowest. He also played each moment, when I was infinitely happy for life, love, and as a celebration of all the goodness in mankind. I always wished to be one of those people in the audience, in some beautiful square. I would cry with happiness. I wish I could experience that at least once. My body no longer allows it. But I feel immense gratitude for what Andre Rieu's music has done for my soul. It fullfiled my existence. Thank you, maestro. You have brought love and peace into my soul.

What a wonderful tribute. He is also one of my favorites. May God bless you and keep you. 🙏🙏🙏
My late husband died 37 years ago on December 20th as a result of an aircraft ground accident. We were only married five months to the day. John grew roses in his garden. I can't help but to shed a tear when I hear this song.
I have chosen this piece for my dad for his funeral in 2 days time. Just a few weeks ago he watched an Andre Rieu concert at the cinema and loved it. His last cinema visit. Two weeks ago he left this earth of his own choice. This is a fitting tribute to my wonderful dad.

Mum was so excited to be going to an Andre Rieu concert. It got cancelled due to covid and sadly she died before it had been rescheduled. We played The Rose and The Second Waltz at her funeral.

Andre Rieu reminds me of a character from a story i am writing my character was called Francois he was a male from France who knew a lot of songs he was a Christian hired by a fictional company called the CDS he performed on ships and one of them was the ship of hope that was his last voyage and ship to sail on the ship of hope was going to Iceland he was a inspirational character but sadly the ship sank and he died while the ship was sinking but the songs he played right until the end we would never forget he left his fiance who was expecting an unexpected child but it was from God but Francois stayed strong and would be remembered as a character full of inspiration
There is not one song Andre Rieu plays that is not played without passion, excellence, emotion or pure love. He is the Best!! ❤️❤️

Bill, So sorry to hear about your wife. Music of this calibre played by a superb artist heals the wounds a little doesn't it. Now with out going all hokey about this I have done an enormous amount of reading on the subject and the evidence for reunion with our loved ones is irrefutable. So hang in there and look forward to that day.

Erre a csodálatos zenei átélésre André Rieu - The Rose előadásban, csak a mi utánozhatatlan-és rendkívül tehetséges hagadűművészünk képes: André Rieu.
If every picture tells a story? If it’s true what they say......... Hey! Then my journey begins to find out the story of”the rose”, and my life will ends with it!.
Some years ago I met Diane and we danced to Bette Middlers recording of The Rose. I will always treasure that wonderful memory.thank you ❤
My da Peter Smith's favourite instrument is the violin I am Arlene my Dad has Cancer but I wish him a long happy life as he is my Rock and I am my Father's daughter and his truth will be Marching on
I want this beautiful and wonderful music to be played at my memorial service one day. It reminds me of the beauty of heaven of peace, love compassion and forgiveness.

This music so reminds me of my because of my beloved son, Mark, because of the sweet tender melody who went home to live w/Jesus. Thank you Andre Rieu for you blest gift
Some say love, it is a river That drowns the tender reed Some say love, it is a razor That leaves your soul to bleed Some say love, it is a hunger An endless aching need I say love, it is a flower And you it's only seed It's the heart afraid of breaking That never learns to dance It's the dream afraid of waking That never takes the chance It's the one who won't be taken Who cannot seem to give And the sould afraid of dyin' That never learns to live When the night has been too lonely And the road has been to long And you think that love is only For the lucky and the strong Just remember in the winter Far beneath the bitter snows Lies the seed that with the sun's love In the spring becomes the rose
Ova umetnost izlazi iz okvira muzike, ali to može samo Andre violina i JSO i niko drugi na svetu. Kako bismo je nazvali😢😢😢❤❤❤❤❤
Köszönöm! TOP10 A legszebb romantikus álomszép kreatív 🎻 szóló fantasztikus 👑👍💚🇭🇺🍀🌹♥️🌷 csodálatos művész vagy! Nemis én!

Tot diep in mijn ziel.
Thank you Andre. I am not person that like classical music, but for some reason i like it. My mother passed away last year from lung cancer. This song was played last at the cremation ceremony. It's like it's saying goodbye.
Takes me back over 60 years to my youth. My dear father had over 120 roses in our garden. Take a guess who had to tend them and the garden in general daily?? No wonder the roses are my favourite flower. x♥
You don't often see Andre doing things that demonstrate his personal talent with the violin like this. He has all the guest performers, soloists and members of his orchestra in the spotlight probably 95% of the time. It is easy to forget just how good he is as a musician.

Viele Dank Herr Rieu
This has to be my very favorite Andre Rieu performance with the JSO. I love him and his gift to the world. The look on his face is God's gift to all of us.
Absolutely stunning 😊🥲🌹🎼
One of The Best Melodies in The World. Great Performance by Andre!😢
I was going to take my bride of 50 years to see Andre in concert. But alas Covid struck and all was shut down on our anniversary. We stayed home and I asked her to dance with me to this very song played by Andre! Bravo Andre.
When the night has been too lonely, And the road has been too long And you think that love is only For the lucky and the strong Just remember in the winter Far beneath the bitter snows Lies the seed, that with the sun's love, In the spring becomes the rose

The best part is all the people, beautiful people who are in the crowd and the expectations the emotions. This kind of music is truly powerful powerful...the sound of heaven.

This brought me to tears when I watched it live in London last week. Simply beautiful.
