His sense of humor and the beautiful melody of the piano is just incredible and sweet.❤

I don't know why, but for me it's really impossible to hold back the tears, each time I listen to this extraordinarily romantic composition. And especially when I think that these celestial notes were composed by Paul de Senneville as a sweetest love tribute to his newborn daughter Adeline ❤️🙂 ... Could there be maybe anything sweeter, more tender and more heart touching a loving father could do for his newborn, very special little princess ❤️😘 ...? I think this is really the highest sign that, when a real Gentleman is madly in love with his special woman, no matter how old she can be, his love is not only love anymore ... it's deep devotion 😇♥️😘 ...

"Ballade pour Adeline" (French for "Ballad for Adeline") is a 1976 instrumental composed by Paul de Senneville and Olivier Toussaint. Paul de Senneville composed the piece as a tribute to his newborn daughter, Adeline. The first recording was by Richard Clayderman and world-wide sales now have reached 22 million copies in 38 countries. HISTORY: In 1976, Richard Clayderman received a telephone call from Olivier Toussaint, a well-known French record producer, who, with his partner, Paul de Senneville, was looking for a pianist to record a gentle piano ballad. Paul had composed this ballad as a tribute to his new born second daughter Adeline. The 23-year-old Philippe Pagès (Richard Clayderman's real name) was auditioned along with 20 other hopefuls and, to his amazement, he got the job. "We liked him immediately", says Senneville, "His very special and soft touch on the keyboards combined with his reserved personality and good looks very much impressed Olivier and I. We made our decision very quickly". Pagès's name was changed to Richard Clayderman (he adopted his great-grandmother's last name to avoid mispronunciation of his real name outside France), and the single took off, selling an astonishing 22 million copies in 38 countries. "When i signed him, I told him that if we sell 10,000 singles it will be marvellous, because it was disco at that time and we could not bet on such a ballad being a winner..... We could not imagine that it would be so big." (Olivier Toussaint)

All setting!!! Stephanie’s piano sound, and this melody, every thing so romantic. Even the embroidery design of Stephanie ‘s yellow dress is so nice and suitable for this piece. She is a wonderful pianist beautiful! Thank you for sharing the video🌹😊

i respect seeing people get emotional. This is one of the reasons why I like watching Andre Rieu's videos. And of course the music is amazing.

I was reduced to tears listening to this in Nottingham 2023. Stephanie isn't just playing that, she is making the piano speak. Thank you for that, it was wonderful and created a memory I will treasure forever.

Stefanie is so beautiful, so is the ballad. My word, amazing.

I have played this beautiful song on the piano for many years, and it is something I never tire of returning to. So many people request it if I am playing publicly, it has a universal appeal.

A little month ago I went te see André Rieu, together with my mom. I waited and hoped for this song te be played. And it did…. Tears ran over my face… so beautiful!❤. I will never forget that special moment 🥹

Damm, hearing this song reminds me of my days as a child a few decades ago and then only name comes to mind and that is Richard Clayderman. His piano version of balade pour adeline was a favourite among many radio stations during the 1970.s. 👍👍
