@@sak_1017 still pretty bad. Repeats things three or four times each time we talk. I can hear him slipping away mentally. He's my oldest friend. All others have passed away themselves. That's the hardest thing about aging, not how we look, but those we won't see again until my time comes to join them in heaven. 😢🤨🧐😀😇

My Mom, may she rest in peace, loved this to the day she passed..it was sung at her funeral.. This is...sublime..that violin at the end... I miss my Mom so much, just wish once i could say she raised me up...and now I am lost without her..

My violin teacher also conducted our community orchestra until she passed away. One thing I miss is how she didn't just conduct, she also played with us, like Andre Rieu plays with his orchestra.😢❤

I simply love him and what he can do with the violin. The violin would be nothing and simply only an object without its puppet master. He makes it come alive, he transcends the instrument. No one can match this I agree.

In Finland we are familiar with this because of our national singer Kari Tapio. He translated this to Finnish as "Kuin taivaisiin". If you have time and interest, I suggest that you listen the song, Kari had an amazing voice!

I clicked for another song to play, but instead this one began to play. I almost stopped the video to go find the other song, but then I noticed it was one of my Mom’s favorite songs by one of her favorite musicians! Yesterday was her Angel Day. I left her flowers and played some songs for her. I almost played this one by another artist, but decided to wait on it for some reason. I was up all night, and am still up, and this song just appeared! I know my Mom was letting me know she received her Angel Day gifts, love, and blessings. In this video were her pale orange dahlia flowers, her groomed gardens and funny topiaries. She loved all topiaries and I know she has a giant duck topiary in Heaven! It would be just like her… Now I can sleep knowing she still receives our love and hears our hearts. Thank you for this beautiful song and video! God bless! I love you, Mom! PS: I just watched the video again. I cried so much I didn’t see all of it the first time. My Mother’s family line traces into Bavaria, Germany, and on into Tyrol, Austria when it was all once Prussia. Seeing the castle in Germany let me know our special relative and more are also there with her enjoying Heaven. They say butterflies, red birds, feathers, and a song can be messages from our loved ones in Heaven. I believe musicians come so close to touching Heaven themselves as their music floats up into Paradise that when the notes come back to earth for us to hear there are messages tied to their songs from our loved ones on the other side. Thank you for being one of those who touched Heaven with your music.

Thank you Andre for bringing joy to our lives. You play the violin with so much feeling. Your orchestra is supreme too.

Knight of the Templar You did the right thing my friend, treasure them as much as you can. I lost mine... Andre is marvellous. God wanted me to see him, because the next day he gave another concert, and one of his musicians (Ruud) had a massive heart attack and died. It was a great shock for everyone. Andre had to cancel all concerts then, in UK. He will back in UK this March. By the way, are you maltese?

The music is just wonderful, Maestro Andre plays that Violin beautifully ,like he enjoys performing his music....The pictures of the "Insel Mainau" brought back memories from long ago when I was there as a teenager....Bravo Maestro!!!!! Thank you !!

As I have dealt with cancer and other health issues over the last year, the music of Andre Rieu and the the JSO has helped to buoy my spirits and helped me remain upbeat and positive. What a wonderful gift!
