U should come to Slovakia where Utgard festival of early medieval ages is organised by Utgardar the group of living history. People are coming to fight as vikings or slavs from many countries and to celebrate old gods all together and of course to drink mead beer or wine of course :D some festivals are also in Poland. Wolin for example. its really interesting and u could skall with the old european family :D

@@havoc.304 haha, I almost forgot this name.. All we talk about nowadays is fucking foreign religions and culture while dressing ourselves like puppets in NYC clothers and so on. Hell, we even speak English right now to communicate between us. Sometimes I really like to re-read the history books, we used to speak our own slavic languages and understand us well. Remember the big Slavic Empire(The old russian one?), we all spoke one language. Wasnt it beautiful to have millions of people spread across the world and be welcomed by the people just like you? Ahhh... my heart hurts.

Whenever Slavic people stood together as brothers, they were strong, fearsome, mighty and unstoppable... Sadly, the cunning and the cowardly always managed to turn us against eachother somehow. And now, we hate our brothers based on religion and ideology that others presented to us... But I choose not to.

It would never work. Maybe in the old times, but we are too different from each other at this point. We split into different separate tribes and some tribes unfortunately hate each other. However, I think Western Slavs would have the best result, because here, we don't hate each other and our languages are not that different.

Actually this music has very little in common with original polish folk music xd If you really want to listen some real slavic music I recomennd you to listen to bands: "Jar", "Kapela ze wsi Warszawa" and some songs of "Percival".

@@melihaktan2000, from Russia and i am Russian. Слава РДК! Russians usually write to other Slavs in Russian. There is mutual intelligibility at some level. In addition, it is unlikely that a person would write greetings to the Slavs from Kazakhstan so, in the 3rd person, if he is a Slav himself.

There are many Turks in Macedonia and they get on very well. I've been to Istanbul on a few occasions and find the people pleasant, and to mention it's such a fascinating place, I very much enjoy it.

Don't be sad, we've been cutting each other up all the time throughout history. Russia alone has 194 armed conflicts, add to this all the other Slavic countries. You always have to fight to be a strong state. Of course it's sad that sometimes you have to fight with your brothers, but everything will be fine.

YES Hvala Vam, that would be awesome! Many holidays like that! We need to unite! IT IS OBLIGATORY THESE DAYS! THEY WANT US TO BE APART and flooded with non-white immigrants - but they have chosen the wrong ones, we will never accept this demonic propaganda and their evil plans. NEVER. We are all one. I would also be happy to meet with Celts and Germanic people, and Baltic too. Maybe I am missing out someone... Hellenic and Latin? I am not entirely sure about each group but I think I am very close to being accurate. Croatia is truly gorgeous country! Dubrovnik must be a heaven on Earth with such a nice climate all year round. It is so nice that you are a Slavic country there on the Southern shores of Adriatic. One family, one faith. =)

If you really want to learn about slavic culture I recommend you to listen to songs of Marek Grechuta, Jacek Kaczmarski, Jaromir Nohavica or if you want to listen folk: band Jar, Kapela ze wsi Warszawa or Percival. This piece of music that made Slavic Affairs doesn't have much to do with slavic. There's throat singing characteristic for nomadic tribes of asian steppes and tons of samples from scandinavian or german modernfolk songs

@@landsknecht9159 mmhh... I premise I'm actually not a Big expert of music (especially modern), but I may have something for you. You might check out _Lello Liuttazzi_ (hard to fino so look for his song "el can de Trieste"), _Ezio Pesavento Squinz_ (a folk singer from Vicenza province, not really famous, you might look for his song "la vaca mora" if you can't find him otherway), then you might check out for more famous _Francesco Guccini_ and _Fabrizio De André_ or _Antonello Venditti_, the are not modern though, I thought you world rather older examples. If you are interested in something else feel free to ask, and sorry if i wrote quite too much :-)

Celts are connected to Slavs, we have a lot of language and mythology similarities, and our DNA haplo group is surprisingly similar also... Some assume that we lived together on the Balkans mainly... But that's too old to be traced back even as old as early post Ice Age times...

My family still bakes her recipes like orehnjača, makovnjača, and kolaches, and while most of the rest of my family is Celtic or English, but at least I know that deep in my family's past, we share our slavic ancestors.
