I really hope his channel blows up so he can afford higher quality recording devices and maybe he gets a good pc where he can mess around with editing , or maybe he needs a girl friend /helper to hold the camera and record him .

    I made it tonight, overall really good for the calories, I excluded the buns to fit in more chicken for my daily and just used the sauce as a dipping sauce. Overall 8/10 but potential for 10/10 because I used to much garlic powder and the bottom wasn’t as crispy as the top so I need to flip it half way. Love the videos, keep the amazing recipes rolling out

    Love the vid. Just wondering on the subject of washing the chicken you mention the bacteria spread (which I am aware of) but what about when you go to wash the cutting board anyway isn't this going to have the same effect? I always thought washing the chicken was just a standard lol (oops)

  • @MinaAyoubChef

    @MinaAyoubChef

    3 жыл бұрын

    When you wash chicken, it can still contaminate things after, you're not washing it with soap or washing away the salmonella. It gets rinsed then you transfer it to somewhere else(too much unnecessary handling). The cutting board goes into the sink contaminated, gets washed with soap (and the sink too) then it leaves uncontaminated. It's still common practice for a lot of people and they swear by it but it's been proven that heat is what really makes chicken safe to eat here not washing it.

    I've been making this breaded chicken for a variety of dishes and I love it! It's so delicious and crispy. One thing I've noticed is that the juice from the chicken leaks at the bottom of the chicken, making the underside a little soggy even if placed on a rack. What do you suggest doing? Should I flip it halfway? Thank you!

    I plan on making this recipe this week, however, I don't plan on eating more than 2 sandwiches in one sitting. How would you recommend storing and reheating the chicken? I was thinking of placing them in a ziplock bag or tupperware, put them in the fridge, then reheating them in the oven. Have you tried reheating them any other ways such as microwave or toaster oven? I'm really enjoying your content. You're learning fast when it comes to video making and editing too, it shows. Looking forward to your next video!
