Wing Lam co-founded Wahoo's Fish Tacos in 1988. Now in its 25th year, Wahoo's has more than 60 locations throughout California, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, Nebraska and Hawaii. He is nationally recognized for his innovative marketing strategies and for his expertise in entrepreneurship. Lam is a sought-after speaker and an adjunct business professor at Concordia University and Chapman University.
A passionate philanthropist, Lam is an active supporter of a variety of charitable and community-based organizations including Share Our Strength, Orangewood Children's Foundation, Laurel's House, Festival of Children, Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association and Surfrider Foundation.
