Ойын-сауық
Dr. Valerie Lam, from Insight Vision Center Optometry, teaches the vision therapy exercise: Pointer And Straw. This vision therapy exercise is great for children or anyone who wants to improve their vision. Pointer and straw is a great vision therapy exercise that helps improve eye hand coordination!
You can try this very simple vision therapy exercise with a straw and a stick like a skewer found around the kitchen.
Vision Therapy is a custom program of exercises to strengthen the eyes and brain to treat many vision problems and learning issues. Vision therapy is done under the guidance of an optometrist and with one on one coaching of a vision therapist. Here is an example of an exercise we use with our patients. Leave a comment below and let us know how you did!

@@Insightvisionoc hello I really enjoy your videos but throughout my journey i discovered something interesting. Having an eye patch covering all the dominant eye field of view is different from have a person close their dominant eye. Also different from having eyeglasses with the glass removed from the passive eye and 85% of the dominant eye glass is taped I discovered that using fake eyeglasses removing one glass and covering 85% of the other forces you to use the passive eye in coordination with about 5% of the dominant It feels uncomfortable and much more productive than the eye patch... you will literally feel the muscle and its a completely different experience Just wanted to share maybe you can try with your patients and it benifits them. Cheers

Hello, did you see any improvements in your son’s eye ? How much was his prescription initially vs now ? I’m in same situation hence asking.
