Awesome video. What is the best excersises for inward eye turn? Working on trying to get the eyes to work together. The brain is taking its time merging the two. Any suggestions?

Thank you so much for making these videos. My husband has ADHD and just told me how he gets fuzzy vision when working on the computer and after some research learned this could be a way to help. Insurance probably wont cover actually going to a therapist for it, especially as an adult, so we are going to give these a try for a while. Any advice? What to start with, how many times a week to do them? I'll take anything!
