She never wore those hearing things like these artists do these days. She just went there and sang. Her ear was perfect. Amy at her worst still had magic in her voice and her soul was beautiful ❤️ she was a beautiful person inside and out

See those black wedges on the front of the stage? They are fold back speakers and they do what those things in the ear are doing now. Every musician in a sound system set up still needs to hear themselves. It not about her pitch. It’s just wireless technology getting smaller

she was amazing and her writing was lyrics as solid as gold. back to black rolled off her soul and wrote itself through her hurt and pain. my god. had she never have fallen in love with drugs and lost control of herself her talent and her dignity she'd have still been here writing genuis albums with lyrics and meanings like the frank albums songs. it shatters my heart what we lost in her when she spirrelled out of control and we all knew what the outcome would be. so sad. destroyed by drugs, love and darkness. what a great loss. she was amazing and im just happy weve got playbacks of one of the best there ever was. Amy Winehouse what a star R.I.P sweet Angel

Romana Sever after She lost the control, the drugs....her boyfriend....She was a big star with an amazing talent, She started pretty and with a lot of energy but then all down, She was one of the best singers in black music in the XXI century and in a short time She had a lot of fame and is known in all parts of the world. Can you thinking if She never to take drugs where She arrived?

  • @SANCHA.

@David Optional Of course that is not happy. They do drugs because they are not happy before, and drugs cannot bring them happy either. They use drugs to escape from something. That is not happy.

This is before the intense fame and drugs as BLAKE 🤮😡 but you can hear she is still learning her voice in these earlier performances because with all those negative experiences her voice developed more soul and her belting became more clear and concise. She always had an amazingly beauty of voice im just pointing out the very obvious differences in her voice/performances throughout her fame and life

Watching her early career performances, you can see she was in her prime in those days, and later you could tell she was performing on stage half-drunk. I mean she still sounded pretty good so its testament to her talent, but just comparing this one with later years, its obvious the early performances like this one were better.

She just killed it in this performance and it hurts so much knowing what she went thru...she was definitely touched by a higher power who showed us what greatness is but also knows the ugly side of humanity gave us this amazing person then brought her home cause he knew we didn't deserve to have her here amongst us....

There have been many quotes and interviews about that.. if you took maybe 2 minutes you could find them. They all say she was incredibly smart, funny with a sharp tongue and wit, constantly reading sophisticated books or doing sudoku puzzles when she was bored, loved music like it was a lover, knew EVERYTHING about jazz, she was sensitive & incredibly generous but had mood swings.
