When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and then jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. This song and “Clover Cage - In the Moment” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you 💕😊

I just watched the documentary about her... it's SO heartbreaking she was clearly shouting silently for someone to come and say ENOUGH... but her father and husband were too busy counting HER dough to notice... and God she trusted and needed her dad so much... listening to this song right now is shattering me to tears... which will not dry on their own because she's forever gone...

Henri G very true, I saw the documentary a couple of days ago (broke my heart!) and her father and husband both abandoned her and when she became internationally famous they showed up again to live off of her... they both knew she needed help and they ignore it, she wasn't well and yet they sent her on tour... her father is as much of a piece of sh*t as her junkie husband that introduced her to heroin... they both should rot in jail.

I watch documentary yesterday and i was so hartbroking!.She was such an amaizing talent with the magical powerful voice and sooo beautiful!.Im soo sad because the people around her didnt do nothing to help her :(( .They knew she is no good but they ignore it,specially her father.She needed help because she was lost ,her soul was damage and broken ..she was in trap with no way out..im soo dissppointed in all these people!R.I.P. Amy i hope your soul is peaceful now..:(

Shes the definition of not knowing what you had until its gone. All the media did was ridicule her addictions and mental health and now the media does "remembering amy" segments. We had her right there in our generation to help and guide, she was failed massively by her own team who allowed her to perform whilst mentally ill and addicted and her own dad allowing it. Now they all mourn her. Shes never coming back so i hope her story ensures this never happens to another broken starlett ❤

The harsh reality is that she enjoyed drugs more than her life which is why she fell into that hole and prematurely passed. Her actual real reasons for doing drugs are debatable but I don’t think she cared about touching souls. She was a tortured soul herself, who just wanted to get high.

+David Hilton I just watched Amy on the television too and it was so sad 😢 Her childhood friend Juliet seemed to be one of Amy's only genuine and 'sincere' friends. As for Amy's father, well what a pathetic being; only every interested in Amy's wealth and as for bringing an entire film crew with him to record her on her vacation away, well just despicable and a disgrace! Finally, that drug fuelled freak called Blake who Amy was unfortunate enough to have come into her young life, well it's very clear that he played a massive role in what was to be the end of the beautifully talented Amy Winehouse. God bless Amy xx

@@Caizzer_YT You wouldn't understand how she truly felt or how blurry her choices was for her. For me, I know what's it like to be addicted to something, trying hard to do what others say would work. Spend time with your family. Go therapy. Self care. Church. Go on a vacation. But where ever I went, I had it with me, since nine years old. So, the most simple things as I choice, doesn't exist.

8 years passed today since u 're gone, our dear Amy. tears 're coming to my eyes. I miss beings like you. so natural, sensitive, gifted. love you Amy.

@@niro3ee it’s pretty decent tbh. I love Amy’s music so I watched the film not looking for a good Amy impression but to look at her life through an artistic perspective and approach. I “pretend” that the actress who played Amy is Amy herself, so it’s like rewatching her as if she’s alive, hence it’s an emotional film for me. Go watch it!

It’s pretty amazing. When you look at her face shape though it kind of makes sense. She had that giant mouth that Freddy Mercury also had; a huge cavern for resonance. Some people are literally born to sing. Pair that with genius songwriting ability and you get a musical legend.

I think she was a great person so as a great artist. She was clearly mistreated, noone gave a shit about her suffering, those surrounding her were arrogant and ignorant, and the every time Amy tried to save herself from gossip-hungry press, they even kicked bigger into her. They played a very cruel game, until a point when Amy's body and soul couldn't take more of that shit... She just gave and gave and gave, and got nothing in return (and I don't mean materialistaclly).

Wow 1 billion and counting views. She lives on through Her work. I don't think I've ever seen a video with this many views.

I am one of these that heard of Amy after her death, but I have been admiring her music since my childhood. My dad had bought a CD with a lot of songs including Amy's. I can remember myself replaying her songs again and again. They were something special. They are special. She is special ❤
