Amtrak's California Zephyr - REAR VIEW - Departing Denver, Big Ten Curves & Into The Rockies
Departing Denver, Colorado Union Station, going through the Big Ten Curves, then climbing into the front range of the Rocky Mountains. The video was shot on the morning of Monday, May 30, 2022. The trackage is Union Pacific, formerly the Denver & Rio Grande Western route from Denver to Salt Lake City.

The California Zephyr is my favorite train, back in 1986, i rode the Zephyr from Chicago to Glenwood Springs in October, it was a beautiful journey, keep making more Zephyr videos 🛤️👍👍🙂

My favorite cam. Was fun recognizing these sights we see looking more like a layout😴
We came down this last September Eastbound in the dark so it's nice to see it on your film in daylight. When you watch it on the webcam from the mountain you don't appreciate the size of the terrain.
Really miss the Grande.

They are not going to be moved since they block high winds and the wind continues to blow.
Excellent video. It might be a bit nicer if you could consider slowing down the zoom transitions with future videos. Thanks...
