Joe--the least angel in heaven could out sing any human singer, including Amira--a prophet said so: "I have been shown the order, the perfect order, of heaven, and have been enraptured as I listened to the perfect music there. After coming out of vision, the singing here has sounded very harsh and discordant. I have seen companies of angels, who stood in a hollow square, everyone having a harp of gold. At the end of the harp was an instrument to turn to set the harp or change the tunes. Their fingers did not sweep over the strings carelessly, but they touched different strings to produce different sounds. There is one angel who always leads, who first touches the harp and strikes the note, then all join in the rich, perfect music of heaven. It cannot be described. It is melody, heavenly, divine, while from every countenance beams the image of Jesus, shining with glory unspeakable (Cch 172). We need to realize that human imperfection, pales in comparison with heavenly perfection. When the saints get to heaven, it will be different as we can also achieve perfection by having the ability to do so. No one on earth has heard angels sing or play instruments so we have nothing to compare to.

Yet this extraordinary young woman who is only thirteen years old has been totally ignored by the British media. Had she won her talent contest here (when she was only nine) instead of in Holland they would have been all over her as they were with Susan Boyle.

That is an opinion. Not that it is wrong or that my opinion is wrong. Both Anna & Amira are beautiful voices, For some reason I am unable to explain I actually prefer Amira.

I have no words to describe what a pleasure it has been to follow Amira on her journey. Aside from the obvious, I have even fewer words with which to adequately convey what it is that distinguishes her. It's significant that the world "discovered" her at the tender age of nine. The added ingredients of innocence and lack of pretense added to her appeal. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm frequently brought to tears. Blubbering grown-ups probably just make her uncomfortable, and it will be decades before she understands why her performances evoked so much emotion. I'm just glad that I'm around to enjoy this phenomenon. As for the theme from Once Upon a Time in the West, I think it should replace O Mio Babbino Caro as her signature song! I've listened to renditions of this song by other prodigies, as well as seasoned veterans, but Amira's is my favorite!

Sabine aus MG The only problem is Amira is more addictive then any drug. She even keeps me from sleeping but I must admit her voice makes me very happy but leaves me tired. How do you run a utube video in an endless loop. If I could do that I wouldn't have to stay awake to hit that silly replay circular arrow over and over. Luigi, I am afraid I can't help you then. I asked my daughter who has a tablet but she couldn't help me either. She told me that there is no little cog but 3 dots in the upper right corner. And she meant that pressing an icon longer has the same effect as a right mouse click. But she didn't know either how to play a video in endless loop. Sorry!

This has really been an incredible fall and winter for us fans hasn't it. I almost feel guilty having such a cornucopia of fantastic new performances by Amira to listen to and to watch.She is a such a delight to watch and to listen to, just one surprise after another. Constanze Steegmiller - No, we won't miss her; she'll still be singing. In fact, she will in all probability do some longer overseas performances, due to the more flexible school arrangements in SA. If you have the CIG 2017 DVD, you will see that she is accepted as a fellow professional by the other artists there, i.e. she's a member of the musical "family" that regularly perform there (that's something that was missing in NL); and her current recording contract is with Coleske Artists, who are based in Pretoria. Her coming album will be released worldwide. I think this move promises very well for the progress of her career.

I really do not listen to classical opera music, however when I started listening to Andrei Rieu orchestra and heard her singing I was surprised how music touched everyone’s heart. Then l watched her sing your love. Once upon a time in the west. All I can say is wow, this lady touches heart.

No way she has a lot to learn and they do it without effort or I should say appear to. This girl is good but she clearly is struggling in here and straining her voice. I thought was going to faint at one time. I am very glad she was on the video but also very sad for her. I hope she gets some voice training soon.

@@Mulberry2000 You have a lot to learn about Amira; she sang five songs at this concert - started with "Nessun Dorma" from "Turandot"; next the Flower duet from "Lakme", then "Amazing Grace", then she participated in a group performance of "Amigos para Siempre" (Lloyd Webber), then another group performance of "My Way", which ended the concert. Struggling? Horse feathers!

johan van ham Yes, when you see Amira possessed by the music like this you know you are in for an incredible experience.... her eyes close and she transports us all.

This song was played at my mothers cremation, it brings back sad memories but Amira defenitly did it justice . Thanks from the bottom of my heart its beautiful!! 😍😍

I tell you Amira is a reborn genius, she was ready early in her childhood at 9years of age, She always sings effortlessly and joyfully.

Amira has a natural god-given talent she developed it further to a high degree. Amira is good for my soul.

I have watched this a lot of times, and still I expect her to drop a note! Perfection!

I have been watching Amira grow into the greatest Soprano of all time. I am amazed at every note she sings, I thought Sarah Brightman could top any Soprano, but I was wrong. Not taking anything away from Sarah but to hear Amira singing over the last 4 years, her voice is so beautiful and so all inspiring, what can I say. Amira's mother and father must be very proud of her. Amira will bring tears of happiness to many.

I still watch her very first performance at age 7. at Holland got talent. I thought it so remarkable, because you could hear, that she used the lyrics as she had heard them. And she sang so wonderful, with such innocence and joy, and more talent, than such a little body could hold. I am grateful, that her parents watched over her, so she wasn't just used and broken. She is so wonderful

As if my soul was broken into a thousand pieces ... and this voice makes the pieces come together ... making my whole soul again ...

The end result of a gift from god to a seven yr old girl who was great and now with this song she is one of the greatest talents alive.

Having watched this young lady since her "GOLDEN TICKET" award, and having been totally enraptured by her "cutness" and her total lack of fear, and the GOD-GIVEN talent that has evolved thru her young years, I have been a complete and total "fan" and I can only say that I feel that I have been Blessed by her voice and her demeanor, and am totally devoted to this truly warm and unassuming young lady, and consider myself blessed to have heard her angelic voice, and GOD given talent. Thank You God, and Thank You AMIRA!

well this first video there is no dislike shes our heart our princess first i saw her when she was just 10years old and still looking for her works her name is Amira which in Arabic means princess and she is princess indeed from Syria all the love

Her accompaniment and the audience truly a blessing from Heaven also.
