"Quasi" could be rougly translated to "Kinda like". For example: You want to describe something to another thing, you could say "ist quasi wie " which translates to "It is kinda like".

That's total normal here. I was once rooting out stuff on the pedestrian way in front of my house. Probieren and Versuchen are almost the same. Most definitions will use the other word. Versuchen is more trying something that is hard, or never had been done before. Or check trough trial and error. Ich habe crocs getragen bevor jemand wusste, dass die exiestieren in Deutschland. Wir tragen sie (asiatische, ethnischer Haushalt) für alles, dass normale Hausschuhe nicht hingehören. My Granddad does it this way as well, but instead of using one of these tiny hand sized ones he literally just stuck a garden hose to a 10 liter propane tank acting like its the most sane thing to do. Disclaimer: YES, he uses a specifically designed nozzle for the "flame end" of the garden hose, otherwise he would not be with us anymore. Edit: Regarding the freezing on the bottle, i am not entirely sure but i think it's because the liquid gas changed its form to - well a gas - which causes slight drops in pressure making the canister cold in the process. Although i think it has more to do with how the liquid turns into gas rather than the pressure difference

#Crocs As you might have noticed a lot of Germans don't wear street shoes inside their houses and crocs are just quick and easy if you have to bring the trash outside or else.
