I love how Randy sang with him. David warmed up immediately and seemed to enjoy sining instead of being nervous !

he's sooo precious!!! he won this season in my opinion. he is such an underrated singer.

Anyways in terms of real facts. David archuleta has way more followers than cook on IG and perhaps then other social media. Archuleta has performed in stage more times and with more versatility than cook. Perhaps Archuleta has also participated in more dynamic performances... For instance lip sync.

***** Meh. Daughtry didn't even made the finals. Live, public, voting doesn't equate to talent or better record sales as has been proven for over a decade now. Some of the most successful idol alum have been non-winners. Kelly Clarkson is easily the most successful winner in terms of album success and awards. Then Carrie Underwood. Jennifer Hudson was voted off super early and has Grammys and an Oscar.

I like how his voice is corse. It seems so natural and down to earth.

His voice is one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard.

i actually love how he messes up. he recovered so well and the judges didnt even notice! most people would just give up and get embarrassed, but instead he kept going and ended up making it right to the end!!

I always love his way of interview even though his age was still teen. I'll keep my finger crossed to make him become the never-ending superstar just like once he released his first album titled "Crush" because from 2008 until 2017, he never changes his great personality. I'm sure that it's nearly possible for him to go far for his music career.

I smile every time I watch this video. I've followed David since that day back in 2008 and its incredible to see have watched his transformation to the shy kid he was back then to the seasoned performer he is today. Hard to believe this audition was almost 2 years ago, he looks so much younger! It's obvious David wasn't really showing the judges what he was capable of, he was doing just enough to get to Hollywood, then once he got there he let the judges have it! His 1st Hollywood audition was so fantastic that the producers refused to air it because David would have won right there (IMHO).
