As a Malaysian, I'm glad you checked out my country. The 2018 elections were significant for Malaysians because it was the first election where the reigning government since independence (The Barisan National Party) was voted out and an opposition party was sworn in. The old reigning government had been plagued with corruption and poor economic management for the past few years and many Malaysians had become fed up. So this election result was something like a new beginning for us. However, these few years had also seen a lot of ups and downs as the opposition party that won in 2018 became splintered after some political turmoil and many members of the old BN government came back into power. Recently in 2022, the most recent election gave the victory to the new PH coalition (Made up mostly of the old opposition party that beat BN in 2018). Our current prime minister Anwar is very popular (good or bad depending on who you ask in the country). Our current government is in a very tense situation due to many factors. But I am optimistic that our country can pull through. The major ethnic groups of Malaysia are as described in the video, Malay/Bumiputera, Chinese and Indians. Barbs didn't really touch on this in the video but all three groups have had a very tenuous history with each other since independence. There had been many instances of controversy regarding racism and religious intolerance in the country. Corruption and economic mismanagement have also stagnated our economic growth in many places. There were many periods of racial violence between the groups in the country. Today, most young Malaysians today are a lot more open to each other due to increased liberal thoughts spreading throughout the country's younger generation. However, there are still many hurdles we have to cross to truly bring peace and prosperity to our country. I pray for the continued growth of this beloved country.

My understanding is Malaysian is the nationality (regardless of ethnicity) and Malay is an ethnicity.

My girlfriend is a bumiputera Malaysian living on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur and it looks gorgeous over there. For Americans and Europeans interested in the country, the currency exchange is something like 3x or 4x, so it's been easy to help her out financially with my minimum wage job. I want to book a trip to see her asap!

Don't get caught with her otherwise you will be kicked out of the country and she will end up in court. Fortunately she's in a state that hasn''t whipped women for a while.

It's the same like in the US. You're all Americans regardless of ethnicity. We are all Malaysians although we may be Chinese, Indian, Malay etc. "Malaysian" refers to the nationality.

You HAVE actually had palm oil. It is the "silent" ingredient in the production of many kinds of processed foods. The reason is simple, it is mainly inert taste-wise and it is cheaper than other kinds of edible oils.

Historically, there are women as sole queens and culturally there are tribes who practice matriarchy. To explain this will be too long to read. But if you guys interested watch "Queens of Langkasuka" movie, despite produced by Thailand the movie is a historical fantasy about the queens of northern Malay kingdom. Malaysia is a federation of Malay kingdoms and ex-colonial states, that's why we have 9 kings, the surviving monarchs after western colonialism. A large part of the area was under the Melaka Empire, the rest are either independent kingdoms or Melaka allies and/or enemies. western colonialism started after Melaka fall to Portuguese invader in 1511AD. Since then all kingdoms are either independent or become the victim of other western colonials (Dutch, Spain, British). These kingdoms become the western puppet in their war with each other for dominion. Malaysia is a country consist of kingdoms and states who agree with the Federation treaty in 1963. Before that it was federation of Malaya in 1948. Before that it was British-Malaya since 1824. The creation of "Malaysia" causing a hostile response by Indonesia who want Borneo for themselves, they see it as a British ploy for geopolitical game. The result is Confrontation War in 1963 to 1969. Indonesia failed to get Borneo and agree for cease fire up to today, the relationship between both is "neutral-hostile" since. No countries in SEA support the creation of "Malaysia" but they're neutral about it. Singapore was actually being kicked out from the federation, the British don't want Malaysia become too powerful with main port island in Asia connecting east and west sea trade route. Malaysia also have to pay British loan of Sabah in Borneo to Philippine (in which only recently Malaysia refuse to pay anymore). That's the reason why Malaysia have to resolved into palm oil industry and deforestation for economy. The Chinese and Indians (former British workers and troops) are left to Malays to handle causing some political conflicts, luckily the Malays handle them well enough...surely the British will not leave happily without washing their hands and making a mess right? 😂

What the western education try to cover is the Malay civilisation is as old as the mesapotamian civilisation. It cover the area in Indochina Philippines and all of south east asia. This is because the civilizations in Champa was based on Communistic principal like the Tartarian and Shambala where all are considered equal. That is why Champa and Tartaria were destroyed by coronration of the early civilisations in the middle east, India and China where the people worshipped aliens as their Gods which mean that their societies are base on pyramidal system of power structure. When Akhenaten showed his people that they are more powerful than the alien, if they raise their consciousness, the aliens moved to Europe and play Gods to the white race who are not civilised at that time. The aliens corroborate among them to institutionalised all religions to gaslight the original teaching of all Ascended Masters who encouraged humanity to live according to communistic principal sharing everything as one consciousness. That is why they fear communism as this would weaken their power structures. This explains all the genocides and the assesinations of world leaders such as George Washington, Lincoln, the Kennedys, Martin Luther King, Gadaffi, Sadam Hussein etc. Fortunately Trump and Putin, who fighting to end slavery to the financial institutions of the illuminatis are being protected by the benevolent ETs.
