Imagine being so comfortable and so proud of yourself for doing everything you could to destroy an innocent person’s life? To sit in court, roll your eyes, smirk and have absolutely no respect or decency for anything or anyone. That’s is a sociopath. No shame, class or integrity. If the jury somehow doesn’t see this, I will lose any remaining faith I have in justice.

Go back and listen to the testimony again. KM testified that JD never pushed, kicked or shoved her down any stairs. She was not asked if JD ever physically abused her in any context. Ben Chew does twist KMs words and the objection is correct, just like the first objection. I don't believe AHs side of the story but I believe in fairness and correctness and this was neither. I am very happy that KM testimony is readily available as an excerpt for anyone to double check. The first objection is harder to fact check because it's lengthy blabla from heard in different contexts.

They're just objecting to stop his line of thought and interrupt his speech, which will impact the way the jury perceives their arguments, it's like if someone is winning a race and you trip him, just so he doesn't continue with the same momentum/acceleration. They are just objecting to interrupt him, not because they want him to not say something, it's just so the jury loses the line of argument while it was getting a good momentum.

She is so evil I bet Johnny disclosed his family history to her and how traumatic it was for him and how it probably triggered/triggers him, so she decided to relive these traumatic memories with him by her portraying the same kind of abuse Johnny witness and endured as a child from his own mum. The fact she is smiling about it. She is a foul person with a rotten soul and she is being exposed. If you watch her, she tried the crocodile tears but couldn’t get actual tears so now, like a villain from a movie, she has been caught. There is nothing left for her to do but smile, because her grand scheme has been foiled and now with no veil or mask to hide behind, she is forced to be herself.

Just watching her look back at Mr. Depp's sister with snarky smirks nauseates me. 🤢 She literally oozes evil. She makes Cruella Deville look like Mary Poppins. His team made many more objections and that judge was in the wrong for overruling that objection. Kate never used the word "hit" in her testimony and being of such importance to the case, we all know why she left that word in particular out.

@@FuadJalil That isn’t completely fair. People naturally have disorders & disabilities. It’s genetic\can happen naturally or accidentally. The problem is there aren’t enough people investing in getting them help, & it’s especially hard for people in bad financial situations or with certain belief systems (usually poor too) & the person’s disorder’s could affect their relationships w/others. A troubled kid stabbed his baby sis when he was 17, & his mom (a boxer) almost beat him to death & abandoned him on one of the houses floors, hoping he’d die or barely recover then leave. They had problems for years, & he was never removed from their household despite it’s toxicity & his history of being expelled from a series of different schools since he was a toddler. The house only got toxic b/c he constantly showcased his illness & his parents would verbally attack him, & he’d do the same.

She's literally on tape admitting she assaulted him. How is she not under criminal investigation?

Ben Chews confidence when Rottenborn objects is priceless. The way he continues with "as I was saying" is like saying "I'm right, let me tell you the truth."

I hope that everyone can see how kind JD is. He is a very passionate person and to have the negative women in his life it is a shame that this man had to go through that ridiculous treatment. I hope he has a future of a loving lady in his life who will cherish his kindness and love his children as well. I hope AH can get the psychological help she needs to move forward and mature. This is such an unfortunate situation that someone had to endure throughout his life. I hope that he will move on with all the confidence that his fans and the public love him and have got to know this man and how he really is. @@arcticbadger1 right, I’m trying to imagine any outcome where the Jury doesn’t think this woman is insane, but it’s hard to imagine.

I have never heard any objections during closing arguments. Trying to salvage the reputation of their law firm after this maniacal liar has destroyed it.

I know right! I was thinking the same thing when I heard it. I didn't even know it was legal to try to object to a statement made in a closing argument! Or is it even legal? They went to the judge and then Camille just kept going from where she got rudely interrupted

I have. I'm a DV survivor. My ex's lawyer told a whopper so big in his closing arguments that the Judge interjected immediately.

I have never heard an attorney object during closing. Weird.

the thing about him hiding from his mom has actually broke my heart. because it’s repeated behaviour that makes him feel safe from abuse. ☹️☹️ that’s so sad

This rottenborn lawyer is shameless, objecting when Ben chew says she lied twice. And the silly woman is laughing too. She did lie, this is terrible for not only for AH but her team of lawyers. That law firm should be shutdown after this, they are so shameless and terrible at their job. Who would hire them after this woeful performance. It’s really terrible to see. Even the judge is tired of their BS.

I want Johnny to win, but the way some people villify AH's lawyers is really ugly. These are top lawyers. They are professionals. Yes, they are defending a horrible person, but that doesn't make them villains. It's their job!! Rottenborn actually had the right to object. That is not exactly what Moss testified to. Chew left a part of her testimony out.

And then he himself proceeds to regurgitate lies, misrepresenting what JD said, adding words that weren't said, showing photoshopped pictures, texts that weren't sent to AH therefore how can she be hurt by those words if she's only seeing them now. Ridiculous statements of what dv is sleeping? wanting a divorce? Justifying AH by saying she can chop his finger off and it won't be abuse!? Wtf, I could go on and on. Rottenborn is really rotten, such an hypocrite.

Understand? This is a court of law & not a court of opinions and if people choose to say bad things about the lawyers then so be it. Freedom of speech, thats what the US of A so proudly preach. stop being sensitive. Alsoooooo btw those lawyers who defended her had a choice, its not like they said '' oh no we cant'' Cut the BS Dorien, everyone knows they're getting a good sum of money out of this. They choose to go down this route regardless of the consequences which BTW they aren't the first lawyers to get heat from a case from, this is life. Bornrotten and Elaine make faces that say, it'sover, we lost, our client is a liar, a perjurer and brings shame and stains on us and there is no escape...it is too late. They have now the remorse of having accepted to defend such a client.

Imagine telling a horrible lie/rumor about how you saw someone abusing another person. Then imagine _that person herself_ coming up and saying "no that is not what happened" and STILL being crazy enough to laugh it off like "pfft, whatever, I know what I saw and I'm the only one telling the truth." No apologeticness about uprooting that woman's life or causing her grief by dragging her into the court case. Seriously Amber is psychotic.

@@miraann3997 No. when she initially mentioned it she never once said it was a rumor until later confronted. The first time she said it in context as if it happened. Be honest.

Personally I think there should be no objections in closing statements.

There has to be repercussion for that much lying...it's called perjury. This destroys all trust in not lying under oath and therefore destroys our justice system.

Perjury is the most heinous crime besides murder. Even all the religions condemn it.

0:56 how she smirks when Ben praises Depp’s acting. The jealousy and venom this woman holds against him is beyond comprehension. Disgusting.

Depp's legal team has been on point and no surprise, it's easy to work with the truth.

Damn, it's sad and hard to hear about how he suffered of DV being just a child, and overall too hard for him to live that nightmare twice because of those (mother, wife) he loved. The way he cared of his mother despite everything on his childhood shows how forgiveness and love its part of him. He doesn't deserve all of this.

She really thought the unnecessary objections were helping her case, and laughed and smirked about it? Crazy woman.

Camille Vasques & Ben Chew have accurately discussed every single matter to prove the truth. That's perfect, absolutely well done.

Yesterday she accused JD of laughing and smirking during the trial, while she herself had been doing it the whole time, and today.

Yeah, her lies really have grown over time. The media never even took the time to investigate and instantly jumped on A.H.'s side when abuse claims came out. So many careers have been ruined by false accusations and there needs to be accountability.

If he doesn’t win this case, he’s still won this “war” against her. She’s ruined her career, has little to no fan base and is a laughing stock on literally every social media platform. Anyone who believes her is as nuts as she is. Johnny is supported more now than ever by an ever bigger fan base than he had to begin with. The public believes him and backs him. However, if the jury sides in Amber Turd’s favor, it will be another time the system failed the victim. (Not near as serious, but think of Casey Anthony, OJ Simpson… both guilty as sin, and got away with MURDER by jury trial.)

The fact that Amber is smirking while the lawyer is talking about Johnny's abusive childhood is so incredibly telling.

I don't understand what is wrong with AH's lawyers. Why are they still objecting and interrupting the round up statements after the trial sessions have been concluded and each team are just summarizing up their overall statements? Thought it was totally rude and unprofessional practice to do so as their colleagues are just making a summary of the case involved. The time to object and interrupt is already over, isn't it? Seems like Rottenborn really does like to object and interject at will.

I mean depp lawyers also objected at times to AH team's closing arguments - I think it's to make sure they can't say whatever they want and convince the jury, it still has to not be hearsay etc...

Because this is a dog fight, not a trial. None of them is playing fair and in a just world both JD and AH would be painted by the POS people they are.

As a woman who has been through terrible abuse my heart breaks for Johnny. And I am disgusted with Amber. When you are abused you avoid a fight even a confrontation. You NEVER instigate a fight. You NEVER become violent. And you NEVER tell other people because you are ashamed and made to believe that it is your fault. If this court and the world does not find Johnny innocent than there is no hope for truth.

Seeing lots of comments of people saying that the world is with Johnny and that the end result doesn't matter because people know the truth. What the hell is wrong with people. The verdict does matter. Justice needs to be served and Amber needs to suffer financially as well as emotionally.

It doesn't matter for Johnny specifically. Even if the jury makes a ruling in favor of AH, the fact that this whole trial was broadcasted shifted the way the public looks at Johnny. His image is repaired, and he's more likely to get more acting roles now.

I’m no law expert , but isn’t it a unwritten rule not to object during a closing statement?

"Objection she didn't say that" "Overruled" "She literally said that. See, they're still lying." 9-11, Yes, we have a burn victim here.

I truly hope that there are criminal repercussions for the lies that AH has told. Ruining lives is never ok.
