JD's lawyer is incredible.

This has to be my favorite moment of the entire trial. It’s painfully, PAINFULLY obvious that she just told on herself. Then when confronted with the fact that she was just caught in a lie, she just keeps lying. I don’t think I have ever seen such a dedicated liar in my life. She commits. She really had to at this point though. She had already perjured herself in the UK deposition so there was no turning back. But where she screwed up in this whole thing, is the fact that she not only doubled down on lies already told, she then went all in with some new outrageous, over the top stories. She should have kept it simple. She is such a scary person.

Also a good moment was when Camille pulled up 2 photos of spilled wine - that were actually the same pictures but introduced into evidence as 2 separate events. Lol. I think everyone was like OH KY GOD! Lol. This moment and the pictures moment were the true shockers for people who has been following the case for years.

She's an attractive woman, but she's not a good person. That being said, she's 36 years old and I don't think she looks older than her age. She looks mid 30s which is what she is. People will change in appearance from age 29/30 to age 36. There's a lot wrong with Amber, but she's no doubt good looking. She's also (relatively) well spoken, so I've no doubt she was able to create an enticing persona with which she manipulated rich people to fall for her.

She looks a lot different even a few months ago it’s crazy and some channel said her cheek implants too large for bone structure plus also stress/drugs and weight gain

The big thing that did it for me, was when she was asked about a picture of her and Johnny and to other people on a train about Johnny's black eye ,her response was that was photo shopped . OK then she clearly knows how to photoshop a picture . She to me gave her self away .

i thought that at first, too - like - now she's given it away - but then i remembered how she claimed johnny hurt her with a freaking bottle and she was bleeding and she HAS NO MEDICAL RECORDS BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION, and therefore i will never believe a single word from her mouth again, because using such a despicable deed - that probably has happened and is happening in real life! - to further your case, when it's not true, is ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE! had he done that - and had she been bleeding! - she would have medical records, because she would have gotten at the very least a check up! it's a lie! if she lied about THIS in court under oath, then the whole thing is a SCAM!

If I remember correctly, J Depp repeatedly told A Heard to stop harassing him, to get out of his life and that their marriage was over. She scurried to her lawyer to put a restraining order on him and a few days later filed for a divorce, before he had a chance to file for divorce. She obviously wanted to be publicly seen as the one to file first because it would cast her in a better light. It seems now that she also did it to help cement her allegations of abuse.

Always, she obviously realized that she had slipped up in that video. If she were smart she would say that she wanted them alerted because she was mad, because she allegedly was abused

She would not have been entitled to as much as she thinks she is entitled to in California. California community property state divorce laws are based on how long the marriage was. And what was accumulated during the marriage as joint property. Since everything was Johnny's before he married that crazy train of a woman she is lucky she got 7 million.

A lawyer asks a question. They already know the answer.

How could a tabloid get a video or pic that was on her Ipad unless she sent them? And whether she did it herself or ordered an assistant to do it, she still did it and is responsible.

She was clearly trying to nail Johnny for his money, he came to her with a post nup agreement. She then began to develop a plan to record these secret videos with her lawyer and claim domestic abuse, that would kill his career as well as enrich herself in the process. She got to kill two birds with one stone, the only issue is lies come out during trial. Karma always comes back around, she’s going to end up paying that 50 mill till she dies.

Now this is what global humiliaion looks like.

She kind of did expose herself, when she was like, "oh if I did release the information to TMZ I would have done it much better than that" she was obviously panicking😅

I would think Amber would know who she forwarded that video to. I don't know about anyone else, but I would raise a stink if someone I trusted tipped of TMZ if I were truly trying to protect Johnny. She's making absolutely no logical sense.

Shes making no sense cos she is lying it was her video she knew what happened to it she has been collecting so called evidence over the years to use in the event they split up except shes even lied about that evidence when cross examined

@@denise4487 Don't I know it... People like her are convinced that they are sooo much smarter than everyone else. But they lie so often that they can't keep track. And they can never admit that anything is ever THEIR fault. Its everyone around them that are dence and incompetent. I guess my original comment was more a rhetorical statement. 🤣

"From some other source other than TMZ which was alerted..." Amber basically admitted that JD may find out about her intention to file for divorce from TMZ. She also admitted to having prior knowledge that TMZ had been alerted.

When Ben Chew looks over at the jury to see how they react, and kept the joyous expression, so i assume it was in their favor

The way she argues about a video the she, the whole court and country just watched and claims it's false is just insane, it's unbelievable she can sit in front of the jury who by the way just watched what you watched and then lie and say it's not right and look confident... this jury has to not like this woman, there's no way they find her to be a good person but crazier things have happened before...

Why am I am bothered by the fact Amber constantly turns to the jury when she responds to the lawyer's questioning? If I were on the jury this would ring poorly for her testimony.

Damn... you gotta give her some credit for keeping a straight face while watching herself lying and then act like she wasnt lying lol- This has got to be the funniest thing in this trial yet.

With all due respect it's not a master class when the witness lies against evidence (taped depositions, dated photos, incriminating recordings, and testimony) that you have at your fingertips to present to the jury right after they lie. But to give credit to Ms. Vasquez, yes she is doing a great job at cross, she's got the technique down, and has the attitude of a bull dog which is what you want in a good lawyer.
