I cannot find the button at the bottom to switch the rope up and down direction. Where is this button? There is only 2 hole. I for electric supply and another for reset.

Yes it is still working with my Alex, and now i have schedules it as well so it close blinds 30 mins before sun set and also working with my zigbee controllers too

I have wrongly set the. Up and down limit. Now it goes down 1" and up 1" and stop. Is there a way to reset again? How to factory reset?

Push UP &Down Arrow about 12 seconds, until the light flashes from red-blue- green 2-3 times , release , press stop button , reset device finish

Nope, this is wifi based only thing you need is tuya or smartlife app, but this unit can work without that

push and hold the Stop Button (middle button) until the red light flashes (about 5 seconds),Once it’s flashing, push either the up or down button on the remote.then the motor will flash the lights, and the remote is paired.

Why did you not install the motor slightly to one side so the blind or curtain retracts flush with the reveal thus missing the motor?

all instruction are available in user manual, but you might end up restoring unit to factory default setting
