Ok...this is the real deal folks!! You saw the plate in the beginning of the movie? That's Hardox 400. The toughest/hardest steel around. I used to work with that stuff everyday. Only that was Hardox 600 and 900. Pre heating it before welding and controlled cool down are a must!! Didn't know the Swedish Oxelssund steelfactory had a worldwide monopoly on that steel. So yeah: those plates really come from Sweden. Shows the dedication of the South Koreans.

@@ldkbudda4176 так металл пальца наверняк марганцем приправлен,-марганцевистые сплавы во влажности на глазах ржавеют,-токарил в младые годы-наблюдал:в летнюю жару с утра железку выточишь,-а к концу смены на ней уже рыжа пошла...,а во время сборки завсегда насухо собирают,-эт уже на склад когда,-тогда и смазку загоняют

Nope. That is so grease can stick to those surfaces and provide lubrication. Smooth surfaces are actually worse for lubrication than rough ones, because the rough surfaces trap grease and oil between two parts, smooth ones push it out.

Комод вообще супер. Дешманское производство. Один углы стачивает крупной наждачкой "на глаз", другие плёнку клеят "на отъебись", например на 34:13 послы выхода из печи прекрасно видно что в месте фрезеровки пленка на детали вообще не легла - огромные пузыри пустот, а местами просто разрывы пленки из-за неравномерного растяжения по острым граням. Но тут вон чел выше пишет что "Культура производства высочайшая, приятно посмотреть". В глаза похоже долбится, или это первое производство которое он в своей жизни вообще видел.

Мне больше всего понравилось, что они все гвоздиками прибивают. Даже там, где нужны уголки и мебельные шурупы. Вообще одноразовая мебель, даже без нагрузки.

Why are guys working on the floor? Bad ergonomics leads to slow production, worker fatigue and possible injuries.

WOW. That is some of the lowest quality furniture I have ever seen. No glue or screws, only staples and plastic 90 degree angle to hold the sides together.

досмотрел я до 6:43. посмотрел как после установки втулки куча стружки, после зачистки машинкой деталь не помылась как червяк запихивают во втулку с куском стружки. Точные процессы это не ваше. Ваш уровень как у Пакистана. Где собирая узлы при минимальном наборе оборудования, в песке на коленке, имеют на выходе точно такое же качество.

Those pin are lubricated after the assembling, so makes no difference
