ラインチョーク使ってますが 作ってる現場を観れてより大切に使おうと思います。 普段何気なく使ってる物がこんなに手間暇かけて作られてる事に改めて 思い知らされました。

僕は台東区生まれですが隣の墨田区内で殆どが作られているのに驚いた程です。本当に細かな手作業で驚きです。皆さん職人気質で毎日頑張って製造してるのですね。折り畳み式の傘を作っている工場を見たいです。確かアイデアルーと言う会社が町田駅のそばに工場あったはずです。

Im indian from bihar ( budhha's enlightenment land) right from our childhood we've trusted Japanese products over chinese one because of their quality and affordability. I still use tech in day to day use which are products of japan like my Toshiba hdd and my uniball Japanese mechanical pencil. There's so much to thank japan for. Интересује ме чему служе одливци месинга неправилног облика, налик кикирикију и још неке сличне форме димензија 15х30 мм ? Тај део је на средини овог видеа. Остали делови су прилично разумљиви за нас Српске националности који смо мало путовали по свету. Не знам такође чему служе дебеле креде беле боје са налепницама младих лепих жена на њима ? 😊

Thanks for your comment! The brass peanuts are called "chopstick rests".
the process for labelling the pencils is called foil-stamp embossing (not engraving). the ink is on the foil and a heated die embosses the ink into the pencil, removing ink from the backing foil. If they make 24 million pencils a year, imagine how long the pencil line they make would be!

I cant help but wonder why everything is sooo expensive, when most everything is produced by machines making billions of things mass produced without very many people working to produce them. yet stores charge like the product was made by hand. and if it is made by hand it is mostly produced by child labor, ( NIKE ) or slave labor as in India. A pack of 10 small screws can cost up to 7 $. or more, thats a lot of profit.
