It is an insect, its essential oil is very fragrant and goes very well when eaten with this dish. This is a specialty dish, many people find it scary but many people also love it 😊😍 Thanks for watching!!

@@victoriakiteley8337 nothing have to do with Western or not western. I believed many many many of people (approximately 83%) in SOUTH VIETNAM never eat it before. To me, South Vietnam (HCM, City) like South Korea, and of course North Vietnam is kinda like North Korea. So the foods and the way people speak in a huge difference already.

(And of course NEVER know it’s okay to eat it like that. A ton of People lived in South Vietnam (HoChiMinh City) over 2 decades ago - a long long long times ago still don’t know what the hell is that. So forget about knowing it’s even edible.)
