I have always wondered about this fish and how it is prepared. I had so many questions and watching the process answered many of them. This was very educational. Thank you for making this video and my thanks to the master chef for demonstrating the process.

It's still alive after the spine was cut! It looked still alive when it was having it's fins cut off, it's head cut in half and being de-skinned. Pretty sick.

아버지는 살아계신가요. 오타가심하셔서 무슨말인지 다알지못하지만 졸복은 괭장히 강력한 테트로도톡신 독을 지니고있고 살외에는 어떤부위도 식용이불가합니다.. 껍질 정소 다불가합니다.

It says there the eyes, intestines, and glands on the skin. The most easily missed is the one on the skin if you don't know how much you need to peel off
