I was working for an engineering firm, producing large diameter cast iron rolls for use in Offset Metal Sheet printing machines. They would buy 'spun/cast drainage pipes' and cut them down (we had a big pile of chopped off ends, for the scrap man). Turned ends were heat/shrunk into the fully machined 'pipe' and.... There you have it 👍 tooSavvy

I'd never higher them, but over there they'd be considered geniuses.

Shaft is not strong enough, quite brittle. Not for industrial
Fact check; not the process of making industrial shafts... Fact check on clean shop, fact check for safety, and fact check for beat up pre war machine tools
Как же всё приметивно и опасно, вот уж настоящая эксплуатация человека человеком. Почему нужно нести расплавленный метал а не сделать тележку и вести его, чуть споткнулся и всё, смерть страшная.
somone needs to send these guys some work boots and gloves.. i cringe at the open toe shoes.
जय श्री विश्वकर्मा ब्राह्मणों की
Just wonder how many of Americas criminals would never have been if in early life they didn't have to meet so much certification to go hands on to engineering projects in early life? Somewhere in the middle with you.

Those pillow block bearings the drum is rotating on don't look like they have been serviced forever.
There's no need for the filth and squalor in that workplace, it costs nothing to sweep or even rake up, even on a dirt floor. Why would you transfer the job to three or more different machines, surely one machinist could do the whole job and save set up time and accuracy?
Centrifugal casting or rotocasting or spincasting. Mainly used for engine cylinder liners and pipes
Labor protection No1! 🥴 🤪🤢
All pollution no safety at all
W świecie debilnych inżynierów bez kasku to nie wykonalne!
In the west, we think we need a bunch of high end equipment and money to produce a product but then you see these clandestine workshop doing the same thing with less.

It takes them a lot more time and it's not as precise the way these guys are working. Quality is never cheap. Why do people think we should be more miserable at work?

I’ve watched these videos, and the things they produce work in their world but lack the quality to work in high tech manufacturing! Can you imagine the impurities in that metal they are pouring. No testing no quality control!

Keep on dreaming buddy if you think that it's the same.
Amazing, you say? Looks to me like 3rd world get-by-ery. Try to sell that garbage steel in the international market lol!!
These guys do some pretty crappy work. "Straight", "sharp", "Clean" are foreign concepts that they can't grasp. Everything gets rolled in the dirt at least 5 times, both before and after the work is done. I do think they could be taught though. They're tenacious and driven. I'd never higher them, but over there they'd be considered geniuses.
Amazing process of watching people in third world countries develop cancer in a multitude of ways 😮
In this fast moving technology Era, many countries are still in the same equipment n process used by British back many centuries yrs ago technology...
the most eco-friendly magnificent process, according to the precepts of Greta Thunberg, oooh, yes
