Not what title claimed. That being said, "Forged in Fire" you can't go wrong watching it. Awesome show and i rather enjoy all videos pertaining the show, even if the title is misleading. I still watched the entire thing.

Using all of the tactics to get views I see lol how sad, for starters it’s stolen content, secondly the clickbait thumbnail, and the fluctuations in volume, I bet the next video you’ll speed up the speech so everyone has to watch it at 0.5 speed to maximize your watch time.

the only i know ( from an old man near my house ; who likes to make knifes ) is it takes patience , using a timer is meaningless when you are forging a fine knife which will be with its owner throughout years

I'm always amazed at how many times I've seen them come back from their home forge completely missing a required component. Here we have no recurve, in others there's been a missing crossguard, and even pommel. I can see it happening on-set, but once you're outside of that pressured environment how do you not check and re-check the specs throughout the job?

TBH war bounds need different kinds of armor ratings/effects. It seems all the armors have the same effects that was in the first 2 war bonds and super credit store. Light medium heavy should have different effects. Like light armor medic should give 1 extra stim and .5 sec stim effect, the medium medic should be 2 stims with either 1 oe 1.5 sec stim effect, and the heavy medic should be 3 extra stims with the 2 sec. The same with other armors light armor should not have the same high effect as a heavy armor

Hello, non native english speaker here. Guys I have a question, why do they refer at them as blade-smiths? I know many of the guys that competed on the show are not necessarily specialized on blade forging, isnt the "normal" word blacksmith? Or was it changed for, you know, politically correct terms?

Because they are bladesmithing. It’s actually the correct term. A blacksmith doesn’t necessarily forge blades

its testing if the blade will bent or chip against blunt or splintering surfaces, thats why in the first clip, they mentioned one guys blade coming in straight but coming out with a minor curve

My question was direct. Who in a natural setting is going to be chopping hard things like that with a kitchen knife was the question. That’s the entire point. To see how well the edge is maintained after that treatment. A better forged blade will hold its edge better and therefore perform better in the sharpness test that follows.

@@ews6127 thats the thing... “Each blade" The haladie counts as one blade, because it is one piece of metal under the grip is metal and the metal is connected to both sides, which makes the whole haladie one blade... And his whole haladie has a counter recurve... At least my translator says so, the blade starts at top left and ends down right, ist shaped like a "S" even tho a kinda straight one
