Thank you very much! This knife was just for a collector, it will probably spend most of its life on a shelf...😁 Still, there are some people who use them.

I can’t think of any material worthy enough to be cut by that masterpiece blade.

One day this piece will be found and put in a museum i feel :) Perhaps even with this exact video playing in the background, if it survives x) There will be peeps asking themeselves questions about the intricacies of the entire process, like what kind of polishing agent did the master cutler use or what specific chemical mix was used to make the pattern visible, all that stuff x)

This is so perfectly made i was imagining holding it and work within

This is what a forging video should be, I really appreciate the fact that you showed us the entire process and not just glazing over the repetitive parts - I’m here to watch the entire process and appreciate it I don’t want instant gratification, so I Thank-you for showing us it. I’ve been looking for sometime now to find a video that actually shows what you have and not glaze over it and show us and an amazing knife at the end (which yours definitely is) I don’t mind watching for an hour or whatever it takes (even this one was about 45 mins) so again Thank-you. E' uno spettacolo osservare la realizzazione a mano di strumenti cosi, e però si deve essere in possesso di due braccia come "gambe di sedano" (che scherzosamente, mio padre, riferendosi all'ortaggio 😂 definiva chi corre forte o è maratoneta ) e una manualità e un occhio ... artistico parimenti . That knife does indeed look elven, I wouldn't be suprised to see that on the hip of an elven warrior in either of the Tolkien movies or the Lord of the Rings Online video game. Well done sir!

Amazing work ! Soo many of you bladesmiths spend Soo much time prepping your steel to be clean. Yet rarely do I see you use Tig welders. You introduce all that contamination with your welders. Purchase a tig to fuse weld your clean materials.
