As a retired USA police officer, I witnessed so much hate. This was beautiful to watch so many diverse people have one thing in common. The love of music. I suffer from PTSD and I felt emotional peace after watching this Twice. We may all come from different countries, cultures and back grounds, however we all need to unite and spread love to one another. This world would be so much more healthier if we all can be humanitarians.

This is exactly the way this most special and most moving song should be played. Start with the penny whistle, then bring in the pipes and drums, and let the orchestra slowly swell in support. I have heard hundreds of performances of Amazing Grace. This is the best one ever. Thank you, and congratulations. And applause for the drummers too! They are spot on.

I grew up in a country town, walking to school each day, hearing my mates mum playing the pipes. I’ve marched to her pipes every year as a young bloke in my local parade for my family and friends who served through the wars.

The most beautiful and heartfelt rendition of Amazing Grace I have ever heard. This was made to be played on bagpipes! What a beautiful and haunting sound! It does not even need the words sang to convey the message of grace and humility of the songs meaning! Thank you so much for bringing it to us!

I used to cry every time I heard this. Because I thought it reminded me only of the military members in my family that have passed on. But now when I heard it tonight, I realize the true meaning behind this song. That whatever pain we feel when we lose someone we love, and whatever pain they were in before they passed, is eclipsed fully and will never be as big as the joy and happiness we will all feel when we go to heaven to be with God face to face. Even the pain we feel is a gift from God in a way, because if it were not for our ability to cry and feel pain, how would we have the ability to smile and enjoy the few key moments that make life worth living?
