What I've learnt as I get older (now 39) the vast majority of people don't use their body to their max potential or look after themselves anywhere near how they should. The point is, don't let other people's display of their age dictate how you think yours should be; you're capable of so much more.
That was definitely inspiring, most people did forget apparently that she began the lifting at age 44, and she is now 46, kudos to that woman, thanks for this video , I will definitely share this with other people who think that their age is a barrier or being a woman for that matter. Respect

@@alca_pwn_2232 - Thank you, but I am no king. This is something anyone without health detriments that would keep them from being able to work out can do. You just have to reach the point where you are fed up with that extra 20 pound cushion around your body, and make working out part of your life, just like we make time to brush our teeth. Working out is even more important. This mindset really helped me stay committed. Also, the results I get is a big motivation to keep at it. The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. John 1:1,14 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, 1 John 3:8 KJV He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Isaiah 9:6 KJV For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT. John 3:18 KJV He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

@@drakeaamold7577 he doesn't love me. He called me a dork and spit in my milk at the lunch table while all of my friends were watching. And then all of my friends laughed to get on his good side because he's well....jesus😞

This was so fun to watch!!. I loved her little jump after each set!!. I would have been screwed though, because I lose all my strength when someone makes me laugh!!
I love her smile. it never leaves her face and you can see thatr she is comfortable in the gym.
14:44 "Don't do that." "I love your hair." 😭😭😭
What a brilliant, wholesome, fun and funny, vid! I loved you both almost as much as I loved those doughnuts.
Love her attitude, she seems like such a happy and positive person. Or maybe just Canadian. 🍁🍁🍁🍁

Love to see a strong woman 💪🏻 y’all almost made it look easy 💚
I love her energy great video guys
Watching this right after I watched him go up against that other lifter/boxer/doctor was unreal. This woman has a genuine personality, good competitive edge, but fun about, humble, supportive...what a champion!

Same! What a huge difference in vibe and sportsmanship.
Honestly I love this concept, we need more of these with more athletes specialized in other things for you to try and compete
This kind of content where you include or collab with someone hugely impressive is absolute gold. More please!
You guys had a blast! 👍
Loved April, Should do another video with her.
I've really gotten back into fitness this last couple months and been binging your videos like crazy!
Hi Will!! ♥️ I have been loving your content so much!! The information you share, your sense of humor, the way you’ve been so honest about your past history with food and how you have made changes to achieve your current results - your beautiful family, girlfriend and friends that you have shared with your community - everything about your content is so helpful and enjoyable! Thank you for being so relatable with your love of doughnuts but also so encouraging with your diet and fitness demos and tips! You make fitness content fun and inspiring! Thank you so much for all that you do! 💪

A world class athlete and she seems like a lovely person. Such a great sport!
"You're rawdogging it." Will: "Always."
5:21 the absolute state of that man....I feel nothing but sadness for him.
Wow What a beautiful woman!😍🥰 Also this video was very well done, you guys had me laughing and smiling through out the whole thing Was a breath of fresh air for sure Thank you for this experience 🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I like the channel content. It doesn’t need to be over the top, rude or ridiculous to be entertaining. Just a genuine nice guy (Canadian I suspect).
That was such a great and wholesome video!! What beautiful complicity and healthy competition between the two of you
At 34 now. Im so grateful I worked out since a young lad. Some men who are 55 look 40 if you just take care of yourself. It's amazing.
