Please don't pay attention to the trolls. I'm 63 and wish I had learned to do what you have done here. I can't afford luxury anything, but I still spend foolishly to try and "fit in." I'm so proud of you and I have learned so much from you. I wish you were around when I was younger. Thank you

You didn’t tell us when you were homeless? Living with your grandpa doesn’t make you homeless. Sounds like you had a lifestyle change, you’re in mom mode and don’t need all the going out heels and fancy bags.

She can be homeless if the home she knew was taken away. That’s like saying someone living in a car is not homeless because they have a frame around them. I see your argument, but she never said she was living on the streets. She was explaining had it not been for her grandpa taking her, her brother and mother in they would have had no place to go. It doesn’t matter the terminology, this was a traumatic experience for her and it’s not right to try and tell her, her feelings weren’t valid.

Nice story, but it is still a trend. Why did she not do it before everyone else started doing it? Because she's following a trend.

Isn't it amazing that Nikki chose to have her own freedom to choose what suits her beet now as a Mom. Life should be exactly like this, having the possibility to change and create a new identity according to each phase of our lives. I always say to my husband, "I want to be friends with and be surrounded by people that challenge themselves to change and I can inspire myself through their evolution." If you'll always be the same since you've been 18, then in my opinion, life hasn't been lived to its fullest, because there's a fear of change. It's so liberating to discover who we really are, even when that means reseting our values, beliefs and lifestyle.

People are allowed to evolve in their thinking during their lives so don't worry about the haters! If anything though after this video I'm inspired to clean out my closet...

I wear logos and luxury and in my community no one has any clue what is luxury or how much my chanel costs they shops at walmart 😅 I just enjoy it myself. Does your car have a logo, how about your cell phone your refrigerator, your microwave and your dishwasher. There are logos everywhere and it’s okay to have logos in clothing and bags sometimes, just enjoy what you like logos or not wear what makes you happy ❤ you sound very happy with your new closet and that’s what matters 😍😊 I still enjoy fashion and luxury but I support your decision and wish all the best. It’s your choice not to have luxury items.
