So I told him next time I see him I will tell him. good bye grandpa, you will be missed. fast forward to 2020, my grandpa was diagnosed with bone cancer and have 4 month to live. last week was his 95th and last birthday. my last birthday present: good bye grandpa you will be missed, but soon forgotten. My family is upset at me, I could not care less, actually I do care, it does bring me satisfaction of keeping my word and telling him what I think of him. he was a despicable man who mistreated my mother and was racist my entire life.

I think the point was that whatever it was he said was so terrible that it "violated 5 Geneva conventions". The writer couldn't have written anything worse than the imagination of the viewer, so they bleeped it to let you fill in the gaps. It works because whatever could've been said would have been ridiculous and killed the bit.
