I tried Alpha Brain not the black label just the original for a solid month within the first two weeks I notice a significant change in productivity awareness words were easier to find as in I had a stronger conversation here’s the thing I got a traumatic brain injury when I was young and it’s very very hard for me to find words in my head to produce a correct sentence so for something like this to help me that much it’s what I’ve been waiting for

I've used the non-black label formula for a few years now. The effects aren't directly noticeable but I find I definitely have better verbal fluency and I believe it is also improving my focus and cognitive function. The latter are harder things to perceive though.

I tried the regular alpha brain and honestly I was so focused. The best part of it is that when I study I can consume and understand information much much faster. Like i felt like I was on natural adderal if that that makes sense lol . But yeah I highly recommend!

Did you take it daily, or like before a lecture or studying.

Did you test your memory and focus? Statistical data of cognitive performance would be the most optimal means of recording any difference.

I’ve been taking alpha brain for a couple years and I have not switched to the new formula yet I take it when I work and only when I work . I know it helps with my focus I’m 50 now and will try the new formula when I run out of my original. I’ll keep you updated .

Interesting that Black Label replaces Alpha GPC with Citicoline. Is Citicoline demonstrably better? I wonder why they chose to use Citicoline instead of Alpha GPC as the choline precursor.

Citicoline is not necessary better, but it's legal in the EU, whereas Alpha GPC is not, so I assume that was the primary reason :)

You can take 4 caps all at once yes. Try it out and you'll see how it works :)

I tried original AB. Worked very very well for the first week and then the side effects began. Once i started to experience mild naseau the benefits stopped. I went down to 1 pill a day and worked my way back up to 2 pills. Unfortunately i dont feel the same effects anymore. Its a bummer because it worked very well for the first week.

May i ask about sa cycle that you said? Like what will happen if I take it daily without cycle for long-term use?

I have a question…I starting using alpha brain for 3 weeks straight and noticed every time I took a shower a gray residue will wash off my entire body. My hygienes are good 👍🏽. I asked a buddy of mine what it could be and he said my body may be just releasing whatever substance alpha brain has through my skin. I completely stopped taking it and a few days later my body no longer releases this gray substance when showering. What could it be? Should I be worried?

The second-top comment on this video (posted around the same time as your comment, but probably not as visible at the time) is from someone who had a TBI. Hope you're feeling better now.

I have "Shooms" from Gorilla Mind and I was taking that for well over a month.. I felt like my mind wasn't soo... "foggy" "cluttered"... Instead of the front of my head (forehead/hairline) feeling "heavy" my head felt more light.. it was very odd feeling. ALSO it did NOT help with any daily activities.. and when i stopped taking it i felt more productive vs taking them... I view this product as a supplement for people who don't like eating mushrooms as part of their daily foods. If anything (i believe) these products are thought of as helping the connectivity of the brain neurons and help provide more firing channels ... but IDK 100% of these products claim to not use for more than 4 weeks at a time

I tried the original formula. I lost a feeling of well being and lacked positive feelings that I normally had. I replaced the brand "Advanced Memory Formula" by Bionutritionals with Alpha Brain and after a month, decided to go back. I would not recommend this formula; however, have not gone back to try new formula.

I am a huge fan of the original Alpha Brain formula and have been using it for ~3 years. I was thinking about trying Black Label but after watching this video and others. I don't see much reason to switch to Black Label especially given the price difference.

I use both regularly. If Black label isn't in my local shop I just grabbed the regular one. They both work but black label is absolutely worth the price. Anyone telling you that the regular one is as good as just wrong. But the regular one is still better than everything else

Hey Inception. Great video. I'm really impressed by your knowledge on each individual Ingredient. I'm curious though about your administration if the product as opposed to how they tell you to take it. You said because of the Muchanan, it needs to be cycled, but, im wondering if you did not get the full effe t of the product because of the way you took it. I dont doubt your knowledge on how to take that specificingredient, but, if that process made the product work better, why wouldn't they tell you to do that as part of the process. Personally, I feel like your review is tainted due to you doing it YOUR WAY based on your assumption that it would work at its best by skipping those two days a week. What about the other ingredients in it that should be taken daily that you are not taking because of that one supplement your paying more attention to? As I said, you seem extremely knowledgeable about nutritional intake and know about these ingredients? I just had to question your process as opposed to the normal process the bottle suggests. Thansk for the review. It was extremely helpful and taught me a few things about the ingredients. It would be awesome to see you do this review now by taking it the way it's suggested. I have a feeling it will be somewhat different than this one.

Do you suggest taking something else in order to get the results we are supposed to get from this product? I'm asking because, my kids mother takes Aderall regularly, but, id like her to supplement something instead of taking the Adderall so she can be more effective with the children and throughout her day. First, do not eat 6-9 eggs daily, you consume WAY too much of choline already. And definitely do not take Alpha GPC with that, it will cause a wreck in your brain :(

But if you compare doses between almost every nootropic out there Gorilla mode has The most efficacious dose out of them all. You get the most for your money. The “smooth” focus you get that lasts throughout the work day is phenomenal from 3 caps.
