This is so easy to make, and so tasty with the besan. Thank you! I had it tonight on a whole wheat tortilla with cilantro mint chutney, kachumber and cucumber raita. Delicious! Came back to say that this is fast, easy, and Delicious! I did end up making the millet parathas to go with this, as well as some cauliflower that I tossed with oil, garam masala, salt, chile flakes, and chopped onion to roast in a 425 oven. When done, I add some roughly chopped cilantro. I also had some fresh mangoes, homemade soy yogurt, and rosewater so I made a mango lassi. Such a fantastic meal. Thank you for the recipe!

Great dish, it's a quick lunch or dinner recipe and it goes well with wraps or parathas. The tomato and besan flour give it a distinctive flavor. I'd like to try it with spinach and cauliflower next time.

I used what I had ie water and 🍅puree in place of a chopped 🍅, frozen spinach and whole wheat flour in place of besan, added a little extra spice from a chole spice mix as I'd run out of 🌶. The recipe was rated 10/10 and disappeared fast. Thank you.😊
