Keralites are not familiar with mustard oil Mustard oil should be heated to a high temperature so that it smokes and the sulphur content is removed .Again it should be allowed to cool down to the required temperature and can be used as usual. This is the traditional method Good presentation Thanks

Olive oil ഞാൻ അങ്ങിനെ use ചെയ്യാറില്ല.pasta, pizza ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ മാത്രം. ഈ കറിയ്ക്കു നല്ലെണ്ണ,വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ,കടുകെണ്ണ, റിഫൈൻഡ് ഓയിൽ,ഒക്കെ നല്ലതാണ്.olive oil use ചെയ്താൽ എങ്ങിനെ ഉണ്ടാവുമെന്ന് അറിയില്ല.😊
