Almond Chocolate Loaf Cake/LOW CARB recipe
Ingredients,
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
3 large eggs at room temp
1/3 cup melted butter, salted or coconut oil , (if butter not salted, use 1/2 tsp salt)
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sweetener, I used monk fruit
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
chopped walnuts
Bake 350F for 40-45 mins. 8x4 inch pan
