For sure. I second your emotion. I am a tail end baby boomer. Even though I feel ours was the best era for music and creativity; I still leave room for these new young, jewels and gems to be unearthed. I believe it's the originality that breaks through. No imitations or put on airs. Authenticity is key. The honesty and beauty of this young woman is so welcome and refreshing.

For the first time in 20 years, this music makes me want to make a mix tape.

I have listened to this song nonstop for 4 days so far. It brings up so much for me. Uncontrollable bursts of crying but I can’t stop listening. Looks like my childhood trauma has affected me much more than I thought. It is such a beautiful healing song. Thank you so much for this! Bless you! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I can see how your life and spirit has grown so much since those days. I hope that you always take care of yourself and thank you for your openness and honesty.

It's a definite truth for me and everyone who struggles with Trauma, I am sure. 'Sleeping in a cemetery was safer' I relate so much to this. I left the home and was safer sleeping rough. This has helped me out or the sinking trauma.

This song is a string of new fiber that's been woven into my life's quilt. I will feel it's soothing warmth and embrace along with the many others like it that have come before. I happened to walk into my room, and this beautiful woman was singing on the Ellen DeGeneres show, hosted by Brandi Carlisle. What a treat I am so glad to have not missed.
