All The Equipment You Need For Arm Wrestling!

Спорт

Hi guys, after seeing a bunch of videos where people train with a lot of different handles and other pieces of equipment, I thought I would list of the the most useful and, in my opinion, the only 4 things you need to be a great arm wrestler.
With only a arm wrestling table, table pulley, judo belt and a handle like I have in the video you can achieve amazing results. It all depends on how you train, for strength or for looks...

I bought the pulley from Krasimir by contacting him through facebook :)
I bought the judo belts from ebay but you can find them almost anywhere online.

Nice, i like the minimalism. I’m guilty of having bought hundreds of dollars worth of armwrestling tools without really thinking things through lol. I can say for sure you don’t need a lot, they all do similar things

First of all, I want to let you know that your content is incredible, very informative and very thoughtful. Thank you for that! I also do have a couple of questions, maybe you will not answer all of them, but I will be very grateful if you can answer some of them. 1. When did you start training armwrestling? 2. What was your initial level back then? (Have you trained any sports beforehand, did you progress fast or slow at armwrestling, etc) 3. When did you start seeing any real progress? (for example winning a local competition after 1 year of “light” training and 2 years of heavy training) 4. When did you become elite for your age and weight class? (Winning nationals, going to worlds even if it was just youths) 5. Are you a professional armwrestler? Do you have any other job besides armwrestling? If yes, how do you combine these things? 6. Do you train multiple times per day? Most athletes at your level train 2-3 times per day, is this the case for you as well? If yes, what sorts of trainings do you do? (Exercises, sets, reps, intensity, etc) 7. Please include your opinion on sets and reps for the exercises as there is a big difference doing heavy lifts for 1-2 reps and for 4-5 reps (at least imo) 8. Are you natural? (If you can answer this of course) 9. What is your take on peds in armwrestling? How do they influence the sport? 10. What is your approach to days where you are not fully recovered? I assume since you train so hard all the time, there are days in which you are not as recovered as possible, even though you are mostly used to this training? 11. Is the key of armwrestling consistency? Can anyone with the right mindset and dedication achieve something in the sport or genetics play too big of a role? Do you also think that you have good/bad genetics? Thanks in advance for your time and effort!

Zgibovi mogu biti dobri za obaranje ali ako si možeš prijuštiti pulley onda samo to koristi, puno je bolje nego zgibovi :)
